Sherlocks POV

 I walked into my flat. John was sitting in the chair closer to the kitchen. I took the book out of 

his hands and put it on the desk with John's laptop. He looked up at me with an angry face.

"What the hell was that for." I roll my eyes. He is the dumbest person. Even worse than 

Anderson. I have work to do with this one. 

"Get your coat. We're going to a crime scene." 

"A crime scene!?" He stood up. I turned around rolling my eyes. 

"Yes a crime scene! I take it you've seen a body  before." 

"Yes." He said with a blank look on her face. 

"Well would you like to see some more?" I said. I knew I got him when he sighed and said.

"Oh god yes." 

We strolled out of the apartment and I hailed a taxi. 

"The Inn as quick as you can." 

The cabbie drove and took us to the inn. We saw all of the caution tape. And I knew I was going 

to have to talk to them. I saw Donovan strolling towards me with a disturbed look on her face 

like she smelled something awful. 

"Sorry Sherlock. Lestrade isn't here to tell me that I have to let you in. I'm gonna have to ask you 

and your roadie to leave." 

"Oh Donovan, you know I can't do that. Oh, how's your boyfriend by the way. Telling by the 

wrinkles in your shirt you obviously had it sitting in a heap on the floor. But not your floor cause 

all of your floors are carpeted as you live in an apartment complex that can't pay for hardwood.  

But, Anderson's floors are and telling by the scent of your Perfume on his neck he did not have 

time to shower after you two slept together. So if you don't mind I would greatly appreciate 

being let in." 

John looked baffled and smirked at the woman as she turned and walked away. Soon after 

another car pulled up and Detective smith walked out of the car and to the tape. 

"They haven't let you in yet???" She said with a happy smile. I looked at her with an amused 

smile. 

"I may or may not have pissed of Donovan." Smith's look hardened almost immediately.

"Mr. Holmes I would greatly appreciate it if in the future you didn't 'piss off' my colleagues. 

Although not every one is as smart as you they are still human and I expect them to be treated 

that way. Now go and read the bloody victim or so help me I will have you out if the loop with 

this case that you are 'oh so interested in' so fast it will make your head spin." 

John laughed as Smith lifted the tape and gestured for him to go under the tape. He went still 

smirking. Sherlock followed after and stopping to smirk at Donovan and Anderson making out 

behind the building.
