Lucy's POV
"Ok just calm down. It's just a date. You've been on a date before right? Nope Jack doesn't
count. Helping him hide a body. Does. Not. Count. The sex was great though.
Nah who am I kidding he was all hands. Anyway. What the hell am I going to
wear!? I'm gonna call Ms. Hooper.
Her name is Molly right? Yeah I think so. " I say to myself as I pick up my phone
and dial.
"Hello?"
"Hi this is Molly right. I need your help."
"Well sure Lucy what's wrong?"
"I'm going on a date tonight and I don't know what to wear."
"On my way." She said in full seriousness as she hung up. I took a breath and
walked to my closet. I opened my closet and threw all of my clothes out of the
closet and onto the floor. The doorbell rang and I quickly went to it. Molly was
standing there with a large smile and three grocery bags filled to the brim with
stuff.
"Bloody hell what's in there!?" I gasped. Molly smiled and I gestured for her to
come in. She walked around and set all of the bags on the couch.
"Okay so where is he taking you?"
"Dinner." I said.
"Fancy or casual?"
"Casual. We're going for Pizza."
"Hmmm I see. Ahh I know just what you should wear. Come here." She said beckoning for me to
sit with her on the couch.
I sat. She pulled out above outfit. And said
"Put this one on." I nodded and walked to my bedroom. I put the outfit on and slowly walked
out. Molly smiled and said
"you look great Lucy. Now let's do your makeup."

Sherlocks POV
I walked through the flat interrogating a client. She was no help. She was completely useless.
John suddenly walked in and said
"Sherlock. It's almost time for your date...."
"Aah yes, thank you John. Now Ms. Hazel please leave your case is boring. I have a much more
important one to solve." Ms. Hazel rolled her eyes.
"And what would that be?"
"The mystery of Lucy Smith." I said. John scoffed of to the right. I rolled my eyes and ushered
Ms. Hazel to the door. I calmly walked to the door and put on my jacket and scarf.
"You're not wearing that are you?" John said shocked.
"What what's wrong with what I'm wearing?" I said.
"You're going on a date Sherlock you like her right?"
"Um. I uh. I..."
"Oh yes you do, you like this woman a lot. So if you want her to think you a gentleman you may
want to care a little more about your appearance."
I blinked. Then I rolled my eyes. I opened the door and sent Lucy a quick text.
On my way to your flat. Address?
I got a very quick response
221C Baker Street. I blinked wait she lives downstairs?
I quickly walked down the stairs to 221C and knocked on the door. When Lucy opened the door
Sherlocks breath was taken away by her stunning beauty. She smiled curtly thanked someone
behind her and said
"Shall we get going then?"
"You look- well, I mean... Um."
"Are you , Sherlock Holmes, giving me a compliment?" She said with a wink. I felt my cheeks go
red. I thought to myself
"Come on Sherlock gain your composure."
I turned to her and said
"Yes. I am. Just because I don't have feelings does not mean I cannot be nice."
I lead her outside and hail a taxi.
"Where to Mr?"
"The pizza parlor please." I said curtly. Opening the door for Lucy and gesturing for her to enter.
"Thanks curly." She said. The cabbie pulled out into traffic. And began to turn.
The wrong way.
