Chapter 20: Different Perception

Siara's Pov:

The second my eyes slowly open I awoken with a pain in my head and something wet around my mouth, I let out a scream, trying to get it off my mouth "it's okay, it's just my blood"

I look up to see Jordan's blue eyes staring at me he wipes the excess blood of my mouth
"what happend" I ask in a daze, all I Remeber is him, Caleb and Gareth then a needle was by my neck, it seems Gareth is a traitor, why doesn't that Shock me

"Well um" he seems unsure on what to say, well he did kidnap me didn't he, but for some reason I don't feel as scared, I'm not locked in a dungeon with dead body's, I'm just in a empty basement my hands aren't even tied anymore but I feel to weak to fight back plus I know the last time I ran, if Gareth is with them he won't be impressed

"We injected you with a posion that knocks hunters out, because we thought you had your hunters mark, but when you didn't wake with in a hour, we knew it could kill you thankfully I was able to inject a bit of my blood in your system then feed you the rest, I'm sorry you are in the cross fire" he says

I try and move away from him, when I relised how much he wants me to get back to Micah, and the pain from being away from him is strong Mabey I truley fell for him 

"I'm not going to hurt you, I promise" he says softly, he is acting like a different person to what micah told me and what I saw at the party, is he doing the nice act too

"You want to kill me" I stutter

He sits down next to me knowing not to get to close because he can see how afraid of him I am "I don't, it was all an act, I took you for safety and because I need your blood, but I'm not the one who is going to kill you"

"So I'm going to die then" I ask

"Believe me if I had a choice I would let you live but me and Gareth made each other a deal I can't break that, but even if you were still with Micah and he truley did love you, Mathias would kill you, the rouges would take you to get back to him, even a bloody member of his clan would want to get back to him" he says

"Why are you out of all people being so nice to me" I ask

A small smile appears on his face "because I was in your position before, back 800 years ago, I was taken by a rouge vampire clan, they wanted to get my witch powers and I would of never been safe until Gareth saved me, I'm not a bad person I act like it, because everyone was brain washed to believe Micah is the hero and I'm the Villain, that night at the party, I take Slaves and pets, to a sanctuary where they will be safe and can be normal humans" he says

I then Remeber when I was 7 "why did you try and kill me when I was younger" I ask

"Because I have known hunters, it's not a job a child should go through, they are trained to be mindless killers, they get no love or comfort, they can't go to school or have a social life, they even have to name their own parents by their first name, your father was one of the best hunters, when I saw you that day I knew your care free life would be ripped away so I tried to kill you thankfully your brother took you away, I hope you understand" he says

I hold my head the pain and this information, he puts a hand on my shoulder and I still have these emotions in side me "I'm sorry about your brother" he says

"Did you know" I ask

"No, I'm angry at Gareth but his older then me his stronger" he says

"In human or vampire years"I ask

He got help but snicker "I'm 3 years older in human years since his 16 and I'm 19, but his much older in vampire years anything you heard was a lie, Kyle isn't even his biological father, but before Gareth met Micah, Kyle welcomed him to thier rouge coven, the police were chasing him down because they thought he was a teenager, Kyle being 22 adopted him and they had that father and son relastionship" he says
