Personality: Quiet, but not shy she just prefers to listen than join in on the arguments. She will speak her mind when her opinion needs to be known. She is responsible and loyal, but her feelings can get hurt easily especially if people mention her family, except Chazz, him she loves dearly and will fight back if he is in trouble.
Likes: Rain, stars, butterflies, jelly beans
Dislikes: Loud thunder, it scares her, small, enclosed places, spiders and other creepy bugs
Hobbies: Sketching, harmonica, thinking of dueling strategies and practicing her card drawing technque
Friends: Tyranno and Jim are best, knows the others but isn’t as close
Eneimes: The usual as everyone else, plus the snobby Obelisk girls, most are so prissy she just hates them
Background: Chazz’s older sister, but younger than Slade and Jagger. She refused to join in on the politics of the Princeton family and her brothers, older, saw her as a bit of a threat. Since they were her legal guardians they sent her off to an orphanage, but claimed she ran away. It took her forever but she finally got accepted to Duel Academy and will finally be able to find her little brother, she’s older than him by two years.

Nessa’s P.O.V
The sound of the rain hitting the window, the loud thunder filling my ears, and the flash of lightning forming across the sky, it was storming really badly today. I had my sketch pad lying on my lap and a pencil in my hand. I wanted to draw what it looks like outside. To me it was pretty, to others it’s just another stormy day. But I couldn’t concentrate; there was too much noise in the background. I sighed. I put my pencil behind my ear, picked up my sketch pad, and turned around. Jaden and Jesse were fighting about which one of their monsters were better, again. They always get like this, wound up over dueling monsters. I mean don’t get me wrong I’m a duelist myself and I love to duel, but I don’t get as wound up as them about duel monsters. “Hard to think with all this noise, isn’t it, Nessa?” I looked over. Axel, my crush, was walking up to me.
“Yeah it is, but they get like this sometimes, so I guess you get use to it” I said as Axel took a seat next to me. I couldn’t help but notice Axel looking at my sketch pad. I didn’t mind people looking at my drawings; actually I liked people looking at them so they can give me their opinions. That’s how we artist grow right. But I didn’t like people looking at my drawings when I’m not finished with them. I slowly slide my hand across the paper, shielding it from his gaze.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to pry. I just couldn’t help but notice it. It’s really beautiful you know” Axel said. A little smile formed on my face.
“Thanks, I’m just not finished with it yet” I said.
“That’s okay, I understand” Axel said. We didn’t say anything after that. We just watched Jaden and Jesse get into an argument, my little brother, Chazz joined in for what reason I don’t know. I looked behind me and out the window, the rain lightened up a little bit. I grabbed my utensils, put them away in my bag, and stood up. “Going somewhere?” Axel asked me. I looked down at me.
“Yeah I’m starting to get hungry. So I’m just going to go to my dorm and get dressed and then get something to eat” I explained. Axel nodded his head.
