In between the 6th and 7th arc when Monica became friends with Collin {Killian's new name} in the fifth arc when Monica faked her death in the 3rd arc and went to Ireland to get away from Remus, Collin decided to ask Monica out cause she knows what its like to deal with a crazy killer since she deals with Remus and Collin deals with Jester along with Collin finding Monica hot and was developing a crush on her though he wasn't sure how she felt with him since Monica was still dealing with Jordon's death but she slowly getting over but he went to ask her instead.
He was later surprised when Monica said yes but was actually happy and Monica told him he was awesome and hot and he was able to make her smile and the two started dating
When Remus learn this out when he went to go find Monica he was not pleased when she was with someone when she belong to him
