Chapter 4: Bad News

"WAKE UP!" Alisha yells hitting me and Emily with a pillow. "NO!" Me and Emily yell as Alisha jumps on us.

"Ow. Ow. Ow." I say, "GET OFF OF ME FATTY!" Emily says jumping up, I get up with her.

"Let's go get something to eat!" Alisha says pointing to the clock. "YEA!" I yell but Emily glares at me. "I mean no...Nope I mean yes!" I say,

"Go get dressed we can go shopping after we eat!" Alisha says, "I hate shopping!" I say, "We can go to the food court in the mall." Alisha says, "What are we waiting for? Let's get dressed!" I say,

We got dressed and left. Ansley and Eric came to I don't know why I know Ansley loves shopping though. "So what store first?!?" Ansley asks,

"The food store." I say, but we end up going to almost every store in the mall before the food court! What up with dat?! We left a little while after because it was pitch black outside. Emily screamed, I pulled a knife out my boot...and yes I take my knife everywhere.

"WHAT IS IT?!" I yell, but it was only Liam and his friends Todd, Elijah...and umm Leo? I think?

"You brought a knife shopping?"Alisha asks laughing. "I bring a knife everywhere and if I don't bring a knife than I bring a gun." I said smirking as I put the knife back into my boot.

"I have ninja stars at home." Alisha says, "COOL!" I say, "Ash not cool, dangerous."Eric says, "My life is dangerous." I say,

"Huh?" Emily asks, "Yea I mean....living with Eric, he smells so bad." I said, Eric glared at me and everyone laughed. "So what are y'all doing here?" Elijah asks,

"We were at the mall...then we left...and ended up here." Emily says sighing, "What are y'all doing here?" Alisha asks, putting her hands on her hips.

"What are y'all doing here?" Todd says, coping Alisha and putting his hands on his hips. "BOYYYYY!!!" Alisha says, "GIRLLLL!!!" Todd says,

"Kids!" I yell, "SISTER!" Eric yells, "Omgggg!!" Emily says, "I want marshmallows! ERIC GIVE ME MARSHMALLOWS!" I say,

"Ash. You. Have. A. Problem." Eric says, "Eric. Why. Did. John. Leave. You. With. Me?" I ask, "Because he doesn't like you.." Eric says,

"If he didn't like me than why would he say that I was his favorite?" I ask, "Who's John? I'm so confused." Leo says,

"My best big brother ever." I say, we all decided to go to my house. "YOUR QUEEN HAS ARRIVED!" I yell going into my house.

"GOOD!! NOW COME HERE!!" My dad yells, "Someone's in trouble!" Eric says smiling as we all walk into the living room.

"Dad...hey..." I say, he ran up to me and hugged me. "What did I do!?" I yell, I hate hugs.

"I am so proud of you!" He says. "I'm proud of me to...why are we proud of me exactly?" I ask, my dad looks around and seen everyone.

"We will talk later." He says then walks to the kitchen.

"Well...that just happened..." Alisha says, "I wonder what I did to make him happy..." I say, "I'm going to ask." Eric says walking to the kitchen. After a few minutes he comes back.

"So? What did he say?" I ask, "He wouldn't tell me. He said it's between you and him." Eric says rolling his eyes,

"Oh....ooohhhh." He must be talking about the gang or me fighting I don't know which one. "What?" Emily asks me,

"Nothing anyways-" I start but I'm cut of by my mom and dad coming into the room. My dad was yelling at her,

"NO! PLEASE NO!" He yells, "Hey sweetie!" My mom says hugging me. "I'm not sweet. I'm a demon." I say, "You sure are sweetie." Then she let's go of me.

"Grandma and grandpa are coming!" Mom says, "YAY!" Eric yells, "NO!" I yell, "Why not? You love grandma and grandpa!" My mom says with a sad face.

"1. grandma always plays with my cheeks and I CANT DO ANYTHING! 2. I love grandpa but when he meets someone he gives them STUPID nicknames! 3. Grandma wakes me up to early!" I say,

"Well they will be here tomorrow at 8 and will stay here for a week." Mom says, "ARE YOU CRAZY WOMEN!" I yell, "YEA!" My dad yells, him and my grandma never got along.

"See dad agrees!" I say, "We will finish this conversation later. Oh and we are having a family reunion tomorrow!" Mom says,

"Oh my gosh." Me and my dad say, it's always like this. I agree with dad and Eric agrees with mom.

"Sorry mom but I'm with both of them about the family thing. The last time we did that it didn't end pretty, Ash hurt Brittney." Eric says,

"SHE WAS BEING MEAN!" I never got along with my cousin Brittney.... let's just say our family on are moms side hates everyone that's related to or is my dad. My moms dad was a gang leader and my dads dad was a gang leader to so it didn't work out...

"Sorry to get in the middle of this but-" Liam starts,

"IDEA! Mom can my friends PLEASE come!" I say, "What?" Alisha and Emily say at the same time, "Bring whoever you want." She says, tomorrow is going to be fun.

"Looks like we are going to the mall again tonight." Emily says, "Why?" I ask confused,

"Because we need to get new outfits for tomorrow." Alisha says sighing, "Fine. mom, dad, guys all of you bye. See y'all later." I say,

"Wait. Ashley when you get back we have to talk." My dad says, ohh noo this can't be good.

"Ok." I say then me, Emily, and Alisha all go to the mall..again...AT 12!!!

~after the mall~

"DAD IM HOME!" I yell, my dad runs from the living room and pulls me to his room.

"Sooo what's up?" I ask, "Ash. Good news is I'm so proud of you I heard about your fight I'm so happy for you." Dad says,

"Thanks what's the bad news?" I ask, "Well you see I don't know. I need you to go to the gang house and they will tell you, then you come home and tell me." Dad says,

"Sure thing I'll be back at 5!" I say, I go to the living room where my mom and everyone else was.

"Hey, I have to go somewhere I'll be back later k?" I ask, "Where you going?" Alisha asks,

"Somewhere. Bye!" I say, walking out the house  and getting in the van. Once I got to the gangs house I walked in. Everyone ran up to me and hugged me.

"Can't...Breath!" I say,

"Sorry...we missed you!" Amy say, Amy is the smart one....the one that does all the...boring technical things she's 18.

"Yea. How's your brother Eric?" Luke asks, Luke is a fighter, Boxing, Guns. stuff like that he's 23. "He's boring as ever." I say, Eric just found out that my dad is a gang leader last month. I knew when I started fighting when I was 11.
