Geralt was no longer laying in the tomb with me but I saw a blood trail leading outside, and therefore I found my witcher passed out on the ground and bleeding heavily. "Geralt" I called lifting him up by his sword belts and shaking him gently, but he didn't answer. The nearest healers temple was an hours ride away but for Geralt it was worth it. I whistled and our horses came for us, Roach bowed down to me and I gently lay Geralt on the back and then begin to lead Roach with my steed following behind.

I was tired to say the least and my back hadn't quite been healed completely by Geralt. We soon reached the temple and I knocked on the door loudly with my metal knuckled gloves, an older woman answered she looked a little shocked to see two Witchers standing at her door. "Please help us!" I begged.

"Of course." She nodded. A few women came out and took Geralt off his steed and I was shown to the stables to take care of our horses. I was removing Roaches tack when the older woman came to me. "Child you look like you're hurt, let us help you." She offered.

"No, I'm fine thank you." I replied shrugging her offer off. She just nodded and retreated into the building, it soon began to rain and i sighed blowing my hair from my eyes, I had been given a room to rest in, I didn't feel comfortable or safe so I decided to leave my armour on. My sword was in reach of me. I heard someone walking to my door I sat up immediately and gripped the hilt.

"Miss," a young woman's voice called.

"Enter!" I said, the door opened, a young woman dressed in peach robes emerged, her long dark hair tied back  in a bun, her eyes a delicate sapphire.

"Your friend is resting, and we wondered if you wanted to see him?" she inquired.

"No, I'll see him when he's conscious," I replied.

"I will get you immediately," she smiled kindly before walking out.

I grew restless and decided to walk the ground, my sword still buckled around my waist. I passed a couple of healers as I walked past a fountain. "You don't need your weapon here witcher, you're quite safe." one said pausing to talk to me.

"How do I know I can trust you?" I asked.

"We are nothing but humble healers, I assure you we wont hurt you." The other said. Suddenly that same young woman came running to me.

"He's asking for you," she panted, I wasted no time I ran to where his room was, I opened the door and there I saw him wrapped in bandages he looked tired, and a tad pale.

"Shadow." he wheezed, I ran straight to his side.

"How are you feeling?" I asked, gently stroking his hair from my face.

"I've been better." he answered.

"I know," I giggled.

I stayed with Geralt for most of the day, sitting there just talking with him till the evening he decided he wanted to go for a walk, I supported him the best I could and together we watched the sunset.
