Chapter Four Between A Rick and A Hard Place

"What the hell are you doing? Where did you send my aunt and my friend?" I asked

"Don't worry about them, Moira. You must choose one between all these Ricks as your future ruler. For you will be Queen of the Universe." Riq IV said

"Hold on a second; did you just say I'd be Queen of the Universe?" I asked

"Yes, you are the destined princess of the prophecy, Moira. Now you have to choose one of thousands of Ricks. Who will be your lover and king?" Riq IV said

"It's all up to me, how the hell am I going to do this? The Ricks are willing to do what I say..." I said quietly to myself

"How hard is it to choose a king?" Riq IV snapped

"There's thousands of you to choose from, obviously it's going to take some time." I barked

"My apologies." Riq IV said, backing away

"Yeah, that's it. Back away slowly." I said

"That's my girl." Rick said quietly

"Bring Rick forward. Wait, let me rephrase; Rick from dimension C-137, come forward." I said in a commanding voice

"You heard the lady; let me through, losers." Rick said elbowing through a sea of Ricks

"Moira, I'm sorry that you're stuck with all of us. It wasn't supposed to be like this." A Rick said

"Look at this, Moira's fraternizing with Doofus Rick." One Rick said

"It's Rick J19ζ7, actually. And I wouldn't care if she didn't pick me." Rick J19ζ7 said

"There's no arguing with that, why would she want to marry a Rick that eats his own waste?" A Rick asked

"I don't eat my own waste." Rick J19ζ7 said

"Stop it! Rick J19ζ7, thank you, for your honesty, I wish the other Ricks were more like you. They could learn a thing or two..." I said, glaring angrily at the other Ricks in the crowd

"You're so kind, Moira. That's the first time anyone's ever stuck up for me." Rick J19ζ7 said

"Moira, down here!" Rick yelled, jumping and waving his arms

"Rick, grab my hand." I said

"Thanks, Moira." Rick said

"You're the only one who can get Morty, Rita and I home." I said, chuckling and playfully punching Rick in the shoulder

"Moira has chosen her King; Rick from Earth Dimension C-137. Praise Rick C-137 and Moira Sinclair." Riq IV said

"Rick, we need to find Morty and Rita. Go!" I said

"Not so fast, C-137. You're not leaving with her. She is my Queen!" Evil Rick's voice echoed shoving past the Ricks and jumping on the podium

"How many times do I have to murder your ass?" Rick asked, shooting at Evil Rick, I then grab the gun from Rick and shoot lasers at Evil Rick's ankles

"God damn it! You little-- Get over here!" Evil Rick said grabbing my ankles, pulling me to the ground

"Ow! You diabolical son of a--" I said, kicking him in the torso scrambling to my feet

"You okay?" Rick asked, pulling me up

"Thank you, Rick. Let's go." I said as he shot a portal and we jumped through it

"Rita! Morty!" Rick called

"Rita! Rita!" I called out

"They won't know that the portal the Ricks threw you in would send you to my lair. I'm sure that she will come here once she's checked all the other dimensions." Evil Rick said

"You won't get away with this, you monster! Rick and Moira will find us. And then you'll be sorry." Morty said

"Once they reach this dimension, the two of you will be gone. And once I destroy Rick, Moira will have no other choice, but to take me as her King, and I will rule the universe.." Evil Rick said

'I had stayed close behind Rick, a raygun in hand, ready to fight for Rita and Morty's freedom, It was then Evil Rick had locked Morty and Rita in the room where he had kept his prisoners, and prepared for the battle...'
