We all carry around an image, whether you like that image or not its a part of you.

My image is the girl that does no wrong. I'm quiet, and I do everything just how it's suppose to be done. Supposably, I'm going to go to college and make something of myself.

I'm going to march along the right path, apparently I'm something untouchable.

No, this image is false. I do wrong, I'm not perfect. Stop looking at me and thinking "she's going to do great".

Because I'm so scared. Do you see how much I'm struggling? Struggling for only a breath?

I'm scared this image I carry around is only going to make me look like a fool.

I have no idea what I want in life. I know I look like I have everything together, but I don't.

That's the outside, the inside is what really matters.

It's just an image.

Imagine your grandmother showing you a picture of her at your age. She's glowing really, she's smiling ear to ear. But her parents were really just telling her to smile big for the camera.

Are we all just smiling for life?
