"Lauren jauregui!!!"
I dont even know if my heart is beating anymore or if it is beating really fast. Annika yelling her name made me think of when I first met Lauren.
(Flashback )
"Jayden pass the ball!!!" I yelled from the other side of the backyard.
Jayden kicked the ball right to me so I started running to the goal I swerved around the other the team who were my friends Camila, Harry, Liam, Dinah and Ariana.
Once I got close enough to the goal I kicked the ball as hard as I could to make it past my step-dad who is the goalie and it went right in.
"YAAAY!!! WE WON!! WE WON!!" shouted my team which is my younger brother Jayden, my older brother Landan, and my two older sisters Brooklyn and Lexi.
I smiled widely as my mom, step- dad, my friends and my siblings congratulate me on making the winning shot
"Ok Brooklyn, Lexi, Jayden, Landan and y/n it's time to come inside and get ready for the first day of school tomorrow" said my mom
"Ok"
"See you in the ninth grade" said camila
"Are you guys scared?" Liam asked
"No" Ariana, camila, Harry and I said
"If there's cute boys there we're good" Dinah said with a serious face
We all laughed
"Dinah there is more to life than cute boys" Ariana said still laughing
"eh maybe" she replied
"Y/N!!" My mom yelled again
"Ok bye guys"
"Bye"
I ran into my house "yes mom"
"Can you take the garbage out?" "Isn't that Landans job?" "He's in the shower" she said
"Ok" I said
I was dragging the garbage can to the front of the house when I heard
"LAUREN MICHELLE JAUREGUI"
I looked up and saw a man standing on the porch of the house across the street.
"LAUREN WHERE ARE YOU" he yelled angrily "FINE STAY OUTSIDE" he yelled then turned around and went inside.
"Hi"
I turned around quickly dropping the garbage and saw a girl about my height with black hair, pale skin, and the most beautiful green eyes I had ever seen "umm hello" i said wondering how she got behind me undetected.
"Did I scare you?" She asked
"Yeah a little" a chuckled
"Oh I'm sorry" she said with a small smile
Akward silence
"What's your name" she asked after a while
"Y/n and I'm guessing your Lauren"
"Yeah" she laughed while running her hand through her hair
Just then my mom came through the front door with a worried expression.
Her face changed to a curious expression once she saw Lauren
"Who's this"
"This is Lauren" I said
"Oh well hi"
"Hello" Lauren said shyly
My mom smiled then said " y/n it's time to come in"
"See you at school tomorrow?"
She nodded then started walking back across the street to her house.
(End of Flashback)
I stood up and hugged her really tight and she hugged back just as tight if not tighter
"I missed you so much" she whispered in my ear
"I missed you too"
