Book 1 : After Dark

Prologue.

          Look, I'm not here to inform you that everything is okay. 'Cause it's not, have you ever wondered what goes on when there are no cars on the streets? Let me just say, that when you are asleep there are creatures that will wonder the streets looking for a victim. Are you afraid of the dark? Well you should be, because those creatures, if you make one move in the dark, will find you and kill you, so always have a light on, make sure it is dim. If you want to know who I am, my name is Jackson Copper, that is all I'll tell you, for all I know you are one of them, them as in blood suckers, soul stealers, and brain disecters. So read on if you dare, but if you are afraid of what is to come next, stop reading. Once again those of you who aren't afraid I need you to do four important things.

1) Take a deep-deep breath.
2) Exhale.
3) Forget about what your parents told you about the good world.
4) Read on.
