I grapped his hand and started looking for a pulse.My heart started beating fast when I noticed he didn't have a pulse

Hiccup Pov

I grapped my phone from my pocket and dialed 911.Seconds after a lady answered

"911.What's your emergency?"

"My-y dad.He-e doesn't have a pulse.Please send help"I said through my shaky breath

"Alright.Calm down sir.I am going to need you to tell me your address"

"Kingdom Street 43 Raven Point area"I said

"An ambulance is on the way sir.Please stay on the line until they arrive."she said.I looked at my dad worriedly.Then at the pills which were all the floor.
'What happened?'I asked my self.

~Time Skip~

They loaded him in the ambulance just as I sat down with him.The ambulance then started moving and I could hear the serines wooooing.I looked at my dad.He had a mask on his face and some other needles assuming to keep him alive.A few minutes passed and the ambulance came to a full stop.The people from the ambulance opened the doors and got my dad me following just behind them.Two nurses came out of the hospital and grapped my dad's rolling bed(A/N:I don't know what they are called) He was taken inside by the nurses still with me right by my dad's side.When they came to a door the nurses pushed me aside and opened the door.I tried to follow them but the male nurse pushed me aside again and the female nurse pushed my dad through the door.

"I'm sorry sir.You can not pass this door"said the male nurse

"That's my dad.I am not going to leave him"I said

"Sir he is in good hands."he said.I groaned just as the nurse followed the other nurse.I turned my back on the wall and slipped down just as my hands covered my face.I should have been there with him.If I was there I could have stopped him from  doing anything stupid.But I wasn't and now he is here fighting for his life

Astrid Pov

I looked at my phone 5:30.I thought he was going to call me in the afternoon.I sighed and locked my phone placing  it back on the bed.
'Maybe he is just busy'I thought.
'Or maybe he is already cheating on you.' said a voice in my head.I shook my head.'He will never do that'
'Yeah right'
'Stop it'I thought.But I looked at my phone again.I groaned and unlocked it.Without even thinking I dialed Hiccup's number and pushed the phone against my ear.Seconds passed before he picked it up.

"Hey M'lady.Sorry I didn't call you"he said in a sleepy voice.He must have been sleeping See??He isn't cheating on me
'What if he is sleeping in a woman's bed??'said the little voice in my head
'Stop it'.
'Cheater Cheater Chea-'

"Hey babe.Where are you?"I asked stopping my inside voice.He took a few seconds to answer

"Uhh.H-home"he said.Gosh he is so bad at lies.I looked at the ground just as the voice inside my head continued yelling 'CHEATER CHEATER...'

"The truth Hiccup"I said.

"What?I am s-saying the truth"he said

"Hiccup I know you are not home.Tell me where you are"I said.I heard him sigh.Oh gosh is he actually cheating on m-

"I am at the hospital"he said.I felt guilt cover my body and
the voice inside my head slowly fading.

"Wha-what happened?Are you okay?"I asked

"I am fine.But....my dad...."he said slowly trailing off

"Babe.What happened to your dad?"I asked really beginning to worry about him and his dad

"I found him at his office.He was unconscious with a hand full of pills in his hand."he said.I placed my hand on my mouth.Seconds passed before I heard hin sniff.Oh gods he is crying.

"Babe.I-I can get there if you want m-."I said feeling bad that I couldn't hug and comfort him

"M'lady stay at the camp I will be okay.And  I will be there as soon as I can"I said

Hiccup Pov

She sighed before answering
"Okay.I love you.Stay strong babe"she said.

"Thanks m'lady"I said and ended the call.I placed my phone in my pocket before checking the time 5:35.I sighed it has been 11 hours.I can't do this anymore.I want to see my dad.To know that he is okay.Seconds later a doctor came out of a room.He removed his mask.

"Family and Friends of Stoick Haddock?"he asked.I jumpes from my seat and made my way to the  doctor.

"I am his son.Is he okay?"I asked.He sighed

"His heart hadn't been beating for a long time.We had a tough mission but your dad is no longer in danger.He is awake bu he needs lots of rest so you only have a couple of minutes to talk to him.He is the room no43"he said.I sighed in relief.

"Thank you.Thank you so much doc."I said and sprinted in the other  way searching for my dad's room.I soon came to a stop when I saw the room no43.I slowly opened the door and saw my dad leaning his back on the half way lifted bed.I smiled and walked towards him.I hugged him tightly thanking the gods.He hugged me back

"It's okay son.I am okay"he said.I moved away from the hug and looked at him

"What happened dad"I whispered.He looked down

"A disagreement"he said.

"Dad.This disagree..whatever send you to the hospital with no pulse and in serious condition.What exactly happened"I said.He sighed

"A man who wants to become mayor and he is after me.Drago Bludvist"he said whispering.

"WHAT?DAD WHY DIDN-"

"Shhh.Not so loud son"he said

"Not so loud?Dad this guy almost killed you and you want me to not say anything??"I said

"Yes.Drago Bludvist is a mad man without knowledge or mercy.And I don't him to go after you too.........I have lost enough from him"he said whispering the last part.I gulped.

"What did you lose?"I asked.He sighed.

"My wife......your mum..........Valka"
