That was the first time he's ever said that. I looked at him in awe. He looked at me and winked
"Ok now the guys in there are going to try and settle for the bare minimum for your pay, no you aren't letting that happen. You go no lower than two mill." He said
"Yes sir." I smiled walking into the arena
Room followed behind holding my hand. We stepped into the office,Trevor linden and two other men on either side of him sat in the office.
"Miss.Tylers so nice to meet you finally." Said Trevor getting up from his chair shaking my hand
"So nice to meet you too Mr. Linden it's such an honour to meet you. But please call me Skye." I smiled
"I'm going to take Rook and show him around while you guys talk. " said Miles
We all sat down and Miles stepped out of the office.
"Now let's get down to business." Trevor pointed to a chair for me to sit in.
"What is your minimum you will work for?" He asked holding a pen and opening his note book.
"Wow what a way to start a conversation." I laughed
"Well Skye you are a well respected person in the hockey industry. You do so much for the NHL between helping out families who are ex NHL players who never got signed again." He said
"Thank you I appreciate being recognized for that. My minimum would be two million." I said I always felt uneasy asking for that much money.
"Perfect four million it is." Said Trevor getting up from the chair.
" wait what? That's it?" I said getting up
"Yes of course now let's get you fitted for a jersey. And hell we will get your boyfriend one too." He said shaking my hand
Trevor led me out of the office the dogs trailing behind. Rook and Miles were just walking back.
"That was fast." Said Miles
"Yes of course Miss. Tylers is a very easy person to make agreements with. Now we are getting her fit for her merchandise. And you my friend will be getting fit for a jersey." said Trevor putting his arm around Rook
"Really? Well I've never been the an NHL game." He said smiling at me
