Episode 5: Jack and Annie

- Jeremy is still at Franz's lab trying to upgrade the radar program but it is not working properly because XANA can change it frequency to avoid the radar detection, it is 2AM so he take a break and go back to school. Date 21th, September, 2002- 8AM, they go to Science class and here an announcement

- Franz: class today we have 2 new student: Jack Résonaye and Annie Reiner

Jeremy and Aelita are shock to here their name and whisper to each other

- Jeremy: this it isn't make any sense, Jack and Annie supposed to be 3 or 4 years old at this time, not teenager

- Aelita: you think this is a trick from XANA

- Jeremy: it has to be

Jack and Annie go pass Jeremy and said: "What's up professor"

Jeremy are surprise that they know him but he didn't reply back. Later that day, Jeremy and Aelita go to the cafeteria, they meet with Yumi, Odd and Ulrich

- Jeremy: ok guy, you not gonna believe this but...

- Odd: we having spaghetti and meatballs for lunch

- Jeremy: not funny Odd, this is important, Jack and Annie are back

Yumi surprised: but how

- Jeremy: i don't know but somehow they are here, i have 2 theory though, 1 is they are imposter sent by XANA and 2 they have trap in Lyoko since Project Paradox and now have escape or be devirtualize

- Ulrich: wait a minute, who is Jack and Annie again

- Jeremy: since you and Odd have lost your memory of that time i will explain, Jack and Annie are our allies from 15 years later, they help us a lot for our fight again new XANA but have been trap in XANA core with you, Odd, Aelita, Yumi,William since it start Project Paradox and erase all your memory. The reason is why they are here

Jack and Annie come and sit down at the table

- Jack: hey Professor, i greet you but yet you didn't greet me back, what's wrong?

- Annie: maybe he is shock by our presence, you should tell him how we get out of Lyoko

- Jack: oh, yeah, so we are trap within a maze in XANA core, we search and search for a way ouy but we found something much more valuable...

- Jeremy: and it is?

- Annie: XANA Core HUD, but we didn't know how to use it...

- Jack: so, we mess with it, then the maze's wall crumble and fall and there is a women standing there with an army of monster and chase us, we fight them off then the women disappear and all the monster retreat, we are devirtualized and somehow we are at Kadic school at 7AM, and there is our name,record in the school registration.

- Aelita whisper to Jeremy: what do you think?

- Jeremy: i think they are telling the truth but we will see, why do don't you guy get to the lab first, find out if any of the tower are activated.

- Aelita: and you?

- Jeremy: will ask them more questions

Aelita and the gang go to the lab and start the virtualize process and start searching but they find nothing then call back to Jeremy

- Aelita: we've searched everywhere, there no sign of an activated tower

- Jeremy: ok. Well then, look like you guy are clean after all.

- Jack : there no need to doubt us professor, like i said i don't know how we got here either

- Jeremy: then give me 2 day to locate your previous location then we can finally shut down XANA for good

Date 22th September, 2002- Jeremy reprogram the Skid (again) and call out everyone to go to professor Franz lab

- Jack: professor Jeremy, why are we not go to your lab

- Jeremy: because XANA have destroyed the old factory and replace it with Aelita's dad lab

They go to Franz lab and start virtualize to sector 5 and go to the Skid

- Franz: impressive Jeremy what do call this submarine

- Jeremy: the Skid Blanir 3.0, i name it after your favorite novel when Aelita and I are searching for clue to defeat XANA at your old house in a different time line

- Odd: man that hurt my head on so many level

- Annie at least you are not trap in a maze with no exit and no way to devirtualize yourself

- Jeremy: ok, i scan the trace from your body and i found out XANA core is at this coordinate

They enter the Core and see it is a replica of the Sector 5, they go through the maze with a guide from Jack and Annie then finally reach the central HUD, Jerery access the HUD and begin transfer data to Franz computer

- Franz: excellent Jeremy, the data is very useful( then the super computer is infected with virus). Oh no Jeremy, this is one of XANA trap

- Jeremy : then that mean the Jack and Annie are standing here is just spectre

Everyone turn their weapon to Jack and Annie

- Jack: no,guy, i swear, i'm not a spectre

Then a mysterious women appear with an army of Tarantula

- Lindana: well well, Jack and Annie, you have done your job well, leading the all of my enemy here to be destroy

- Annie: is you again, didn't we beat you last time

- Lindana: ha ha ha, you are just merely paradox in time soon you shall be disappear in this time line

- Jeremy: that explain a lot about Jack and Annie appearance, they just here because they are paradox that XANA left them here

- Lindana: very clever professor Jeremy, but soon you shall be desintegrate. Tarantula attack!!!

Aelita quickly build a wall to cover the team

- Aelita: I noticed something, that voice is so familiar, dad, do you know her

- Franz: i'm afraid she is your mother Aelita, her name is Lindana Shaeffer

- Aelita: what, i thought that she is disappear in the digital sea

- Franz: no, she is captured by XANA when you enter Lyoko and attacked by it. She have been brainwashed by XANA so you must rescue her, here is her stat: her elemental attack is Nature, meaning she can create plant to attack her weapon is a vine with deadly spike. Good luck

They fight back the attack and successfully push back the wave of attack but everyone health is only at 30%left and Aelita healing power is only give her health to other. Then, Lindana summon her plant and grab Jack and Annie, she then transfer them some data when completed, them started to devirtualize slowly

- Jack: oh man, it look like the end of our journey here, professor Jeremy you must destroy XANA for us

- Annie: it is been a great time fighting beside you everyone

- Jeremy: Jack, Annie, noooo

Jack and Annie devirtualize but they didn't show up in the scanner.

- Franz: i'm sorry Jeremy, it seem XANA virus and it data stop them from reforming in the real world but be careful too, it may also effect on you.

Jeremy and the team fall back and get in the Skid, Lindana order the XANA monster to stand down and let them go, Franz finally found and eradicate the virus then he devirtualize the team back, then he start the return to the past program. Everybody wake up that morning again in grief of Jack and Annie...
