I arrived at the dance studio and seen Promise . I walked over to her . Before I could say anything she blasted her music and tuned me out . I sat down next to her.
She turned down her music and then looked at me .

Why won't you talk to me , I'm sorry that I wasn't in your life until now . I'm trying , I'm sorry that I left . I said

I'm sorry that I said that to you , I was mad . So your my dad ? She asked

Yeah . I said smiling

She hugged me tight and smiled .
I gave her a kiss on her forehead and walked over to Kayla .

I see you two made up . She said

Yeah . Now it's you and me . I said

She walked over to the boys . I walked over to them and began to practice . Hours had passed & practice had ended .

Daddy are you gonna come home with us ? Promise asked

She grabbed my hand and pulled me out to Kayla's car . I smiled at her and got in . Once we arrived to her house , Promise showed me her room and things that she got awards for . My baby girl was smart , and very athletic , I seen rewards for running , basketball and all .

I do all this at the sport center . She said smiling

Good job baby girl . I said smiling

Are you gonna be in my life more often ? She asked

As much as I can . I promise I won't leave you and your mom again . I said

She hugged me then we went downstairs , while Kayla was on phone and cooking dinner . I looked down and seen Promise sleep . I picked her up and carried her up to her . I kissed her forehead and then went into the kitchen . I hugged Kayla from behind .

Ray what are you doing ? She asked

Oh nothing . I said smiling

I would like for you two move your arms . She said

My bad ! I said

She moved my arms , and went back to cooking .

Where's Promise ? She asked

No , I'll call and see if Alexius can watch her since Ashlee is out of town for a business trip . She said
