After the Quest of the 7, whenever there was a lull in a conversation that involved Percy and Frank, Percy would say, "I said, look! Frank is turning into a crazy dolphin!" to which Frank would reply, "Oh no. I am turning into a crazy dolphin." ,and would morph into the afore mentioned crazy dolphin. It gained so much popularity as joke, people would yell it from across the camp, and Frank would rum up to them, and turn into the dolphin. I want that to happen. Oh my gods the first timers would freak.
