That's all the information of North Korea, since the creator of Hetalia, Himaruya, didn't want to take a chance of making North Korea after South Korea (the actual country) banned Im Yong Soo (South Korea that was supposed to be in the show), or rather banned the show from the country, because of this trouble, the creators were sued and forced to remove South Korea from Hetalia, and Himaruya didn't want to take a chance with North Korea, so he ended up threw away the design of North Korea.
BUT! It doesn't mean that we can put North and South Korea in Fan Fictions, right?
