I'm not going to say what happens make you stronger because that isn't always true. It makes you break down and cry, yell, cut or whatever you feel at that time. I just have to say is. You need to know when it should stop. I'm not an example because I started to shut my emotions out because when I show them everyone or most people just sit and live their lives. I try to see what I have left compared to what I dont have. If I have less then what I've lost then I would try my hardest to cherish those things. I have some of my family who I care about and most friends but that's it. People say family should be your top priorty but it's mostly family who bring you down the most. Not always in bad ways but they still affect you. Other than what I said I don't know how to make you feel differently besides trying to comfort you through internet instead of being there physically
