Make a revision timetable!

This has probably been told to you s thousand times by now, but it's true.

If you make a timetable and it's good and works well for you, then you must stick to it.

But there are some things that are needed, like small breaks in between revision, rewards, and free time.

For example, I set myself an hour a night of revision, but I would do it in fifteen minute slots. For a reward it would be ten minutes on my phone or something. And my free time is the Saturday (and Sunday is homework day). Of course I tend to not do revision after 9pm, unless I'm struggling to fall asleep or have nothing to do, or if it's half term or the holidays and I accidentally had a nap earlier and now can't fall asleep like a normal human being.

But don't overwork yourself. Once you start to feel that headache coming along, push everything away and go take some painkillers. Then just relax; you've done plenty for that day.
