I was kissing up on Serena, she was tense so I pulled away. She was crying in her hands
"Hey" I reached for her hands to pull them away to see why she was crying. She was shaking

"Serena" I called her name trying to clam her down. She screamed at the top of her lungs which shocked me because it was loud

"Nobody will ever hurt you like that again. I promise" I kissed her ear as she started to relax in my arms. I stocked her hair as she drifted off to sleep
