"You almost got caught hyung."
The son of Poseidon said. Seungcheol sighed in relif. Nagaalala siya since mukang nakakahalata na si Jihoon.
"Good thing I'm a good actor, diba soons?"
Sabi nito sabay tawa kaya nakatanggap siya ng isang kalan na binato ni Soonyoung sakanya. The usual them. Andun lang sila sa underworld, chillin' and doing whatever the ''heirs'' like them needs to do. Until Jisoo shows up in the doorstep and throws pizza over all of them. Napatawa naman si cheol dahil sakto sa muka ni Soonyoung and isang piraso ng pizza habang ang iba ay sarap na sarap na sa pagkain nito.
"Soons, you need to practice that power and reflexes of yours. Oh- and Seungcheol, tawag ka ni tito."
He said exchanging spots with Seungcheol.
"What? Bakit daw?"
Seungcheol was expecting an aswer since parang kanang kamay na ang turing ng ama niya kay Jisoo. But he just shruged
"He said it's some important matters."
What kind of important matter could it be? Kung di niya ito masabi kay Jisoo, siguro malaking issue to.
He tought on the back of his mind. Nagpatuloy siya sa paglalakad papunta sa kanyang tatay at nakita niya itong nakapormal. Weird since never nagpormal ang tatay niya. NEVER.
"Hades, what's the matter?"
Napakunot ang kilay ni Hades. But later on her cleared his throat.
"Hades the second, I heard you're still chasing after the son of Ares."
He started. Napatawa naman si cheol by how formal the way his father call him.
"Wag mo kong tawanan ngayon lang ako naging ganito tatawanan mo pa ko, bastos kang bata ka!"
Hades said while putting his left hand over his chest as if he's hurt by those words (or laugh rather). Manang-mana nga sakanya si Seungcheol.
"Oo na titigil na. Pero, Yeah I still want him bad Hades."
Sagot ni cheol. Hades looked down ad let out a long and loud sigh. Nakakadisturb ito kay seungcheol dahil parang 25 seconds ata ang itinagal ng pagbuntong hininga ng tatay niya. Not to mention napaka lakas pa nito.
"You know seungcheol--"
"Alam ko. Gets ko yung sinabi mo sa ospital, Hades."
"Then stop already."
This was actually the first time. Seungcheol and Hades never got this serious when they're having a conversation. Mostly ang mga conversations nila ay parang katuwaan lamang.
"I would if I can. But the thing is I can't. Plus, I don't want to."
"Seungcheol, inaalala ko lang ang kaligtasan mo."
Seungcheol remained silent for a while. He remembered that one time. That one fucking time he fucked up and this messed turned up.
"He's not Lee Jihoon anymore. Out of all people, you should know that more."
Another moment of silence for Choi Seungcheol. He knows na siya ang may kasalanan. Alam niyang dahil sakanya kaya naging ganun si Jihoon. He's the one that should be blamed.
"Stop blaming yourself, son."
Cheol let out a chuckle. Parang napakadaling sabihin ng sinabi ng ama niya.
"It's not that easy. I gave in my feelings and ano nangyari? This. This shitty messed up thing."
"But he's a whole demon now son. Hindi siya yung Lee Jihoon na minahal mo since 16,190 years old kayo."
"Kahit anong sabihin mo, I need to get Lee Jihoon back. Ako ang dahilan bat siya nawala, therefore I need to be the one who'll take him back."
Hades stood up and look at seungcheol. Hades looks like he want to slap some senses into his son right there.
"Tell me Seungcheol, do you still love the demon?"
A smile crept up Seungcheol's lips. He remembered the last time they dated and natapunan pa ng soup si seungcheol sa tighs niya resulting to a minor burn that Jihoon took full care and responsibility for. He remembered the first time they Accidentally kissed habang nagiikot sila sa River of fire ng underworld. The way Jihoon's lips used to felt unto his own. Those happy days. Those days na Jihoon is still Jihoon.
"Yes, I still love Lee Jihoon."
A moment of silence went on both of them until his father decided to break the ice.
"Then it looks like I can't do anything about it."
Hades said while letting his arms sprung freely in the air. Seungcheol smiled knowing how understanding his father is.
"Basta alalahanin mo yung mga sinabi ko sayo sa ospital seungcheol. Beware, baka imbis na si Lee Jihoon ang mahanap mo, matrigger mo yung mga demonyo sakanya."
Hades said while smiling, Cheol smiled back.
"I will, I am your son anyways."
And with that, seungcheol ran out of the room. Leaving hades' mind messed up
"Yun nga eh, anak nga kita. Tanga ka pamandin kagaya ko."
He said while taking off his glasses and looking into the photographed things hanging around the room. And finally he reached out to the telephone and started to dial a number.
"Hello, Eros? Remember about the deal? I'll go for it! Just please, handle this mess"
