I'm so sorry it took so long I've had a lot going on, I've been really ill and schools been busy lately.
Enjoy :)
Theme: fluff; love.
Place: the prison
Requested?: yes.
Requested by the lovely: @mrsSpockYou sat in your cell, your mouth trembling. Today was your birthday, and no one celebrated, everyone forgot and it hurt your little heart.
You got out your diary you wrote in every day, logging your life so you could remember these mad days once it's all over.
You heard a knock, looking up you saw Carl, holding a little box wrapped up in purple tissue paper.
"I'm sorry I didn't talk to you earlier, I couldn't find your present after having it in my cell for months." Carl smiled, "happy birthday."
Your smile widened, the person you cared about most in this group remembered. Carl actually remembered.
He sat on the end of your bed, he handing you the tiny box he pushed the hair out of his eyes.
"Happy Birthday Leah." He said, smiling once again.
Tearing off the tissue, you opened the box and saw a beautiful mood ring. When you was a child you wanted one and you had loads of different ones, some with stars and others with hearts.
"I'm sorry it's not much but it's all I could find that I knew you liked."
Carl stood up, walking out of your cell, you held the mood ring clenching it in your palm.
"Wait." You got up and followed him. "Thank you, Carl. Thank you. You're the only one who really remembered."
You opened your palm as the rings colour turned red, red was always the colour that pointed out the feeling of 'being in love.'
Carl looked down at the ring, smiling to hisself.
"Talk about late foreshadowing Leah." He smirked.
"I love you." You leaned in, kissing his lips softly, Carl kissed back as the both of you went bright red.
"I love you too Leah, happy birthday."
