He curses the night of his 23rd b'day since it ended terribly.
The presence of loved ones on a b'day is what we wish,
But a glimpse of her was more than enough for him to cherish.
It's been 8 long years that she never kept him away,
Even his b'day week she decided to celebrate in Pune.
They have seen so many ups and downs together,
But nothing had shaken them so badly than that night of 3rd December.
He could still hear her screams all the way through his ears,
That night when he left her place his eyes had nothing but just tears.
He wanted to let her know what was going through his mind about that night,
But before he could say something there began a fight.
A fight of words which was then converted to a physical violence,
And her actions after that led to a dreadful silence.
He left the place saying he wouldn't be coming back there,
But who was he kidding, deep below he wanted to hug and explain the situation to her.
She is someone who isn't afraid to lose people in her life,
But this time it was he who told her that it was the end of their strike.
With his torn shirt over his shoulders he left the place in anger,
All the time he kept messaging her siblings to stay beside her.
This was the worst b'day he would have ever celebrated,
But the beautiful beginning of his b'day is what he wishes to be uploaded.
He couldn't give upon the friendship, this bond he couldn't kill.
Instead he decided to give some time for the damages to heal.
The factors that created chaos were gonna leave someday,
Factors that were gonna affect her in someway.
Her tears were something that he wished to put away,
Her happiness was the only reason that he decided to stay.
He was sorry for his actions as he would never repeat that form,
To keep her happy he'll be setting fire to the storm.
