Chapter 19

JUSTIN'S POV

NEW YEAR'S EVE

Jen walked outside and into the car in jeans, tennis shoes, and a big puffy purple coat. "Aye, you excited Shawty?" I asked.

"Yes! I am actually wearing a Maple Leafs Jersey under my coat."

"I am wearing a Leafs t-shirt and a Leafs hoodie."

AT THE ARENA

"Hey, Baby. What do you want to eat?" I asked Jen.

"A soft pretzle with a cheese and a Cherry Dr. Pepper please."

"Aight."

"I'll go find our seats."

When I got back I saw Jen slumped in a chair with her eyes closed and her face was really pale. I set our food and drinks down in my seat and started panicking. "Jen! Jen! Jenifer!"

"What?! What's wrong?!" She asked while opening her eyes and almost jumping out of her seat.

"I'm fine. But how are you feeling? You look really pale."

"I just have a headache, that's all." She grabbed her soda.

"No. Soda will make it worse. I'll go get you a bottle of water." She handed me a five dollar bill. "No. You bought the tickets. Concessions are on me." I winked at her.

"Whatever you say Justin. Whatever you say."

I went to a vending machine and got Jen a bottle of water and then someone walked up to me. "Excuse me, are you Justin Bieber?" she asked. The girl looked about 11 and had brown hair and brown eyes.

"Yes sweetie I am," I replied.

"I watch your videos on YouTube and you're a great singer and guitar player."

"Thank you. What's your name?"

"Katelyn."

"Alright Katelyn. What song do you want me to do a cover of next?"

"Can you do You Belong With me by Taylor Swift?"

"Consider it done."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"Thank you!"

"You're welcome sweetheart." And with that she walked back to her parents and I walked back to Jen.

"Sorry it took me so long. A girl recognized me from YouTube and I stopped to talk to her."

"Awwww. That's sweet. What did she say?"

"That I'm a great singer and guitar player. Then I asked her what song she wanted to see me do. We'll have to make a video sometime this week of me doing a cover of You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift."

"You promised her that?"

"Yeah."

"You're the sweetest guy I've met."

"And you're most beautiful girl I've ever met." I put my arm around her and she laid her head on shoulder. 15 minutes later the game started. We were watching the players fight and and were screaming "Let's go Maple Leafs! Let's go!" By the end of the second period the Leafs were up by two goals and intermission had started.

"It's kiss cam time!" The announcer said. We were watching teens and adults kiss their loved ones, and then our faces popped up on the jumbo tron.

"No Justin don't. I'm-" I cut her off by smashing my lips against hers. 10 seconds later I pulled away.

"You're what, baby?"

"Never mind." And she leaned in and we kissed some more. Then she quickly pulled away. "Justin?! I think I'm going to be sick!" And then she ran off to the bathroom.

JEN'S POV

There was a huge line at the bathrooms, but I was going to be sick so I just ran past them and into the first empty stall I saw. I bent over and started vomiting. When I was finished, I washed my hands and walked out to see Justin standing against the wall. "Are you alri-" And that was the last thing I remember.
