iii. Upload the add on background or another of your choice as your original PNG as the foreground. Use the gradient tool under the mask tab to erase part of the bottom of your PNG. Merge.

iv. Upload the image you had just saved as the foreground. If you want the outline part to be black, put the image on overlay and use the color scale option under the mask tab to delete all of the white. If you want your outline to be white, go to the filter tab and invert the colors, then use the color scale option under the mask tab to erase all of the black. Put it on overlay, place as desired, use the brush to erase anything you don't want,  and then merge.

v. Upload a plain black or white image (whichever color you went with for your outline, I'd go with that same color) and place it towards the bottom of the cover. Put it on overlay under the transform tab and fit it as desired. Merge and save when done.

COMMENTS

if you're wondering why there's two add on images, the bottom black and white one is the texture I had used that I had found from google if you'd like to make you own colored background (for mine, I just upload a color I wanted as the foreground and put it on any overlay mode that I liked best)

do you guys have any other cover requests though? I'm starting to run low on inspiration lmao

question; do you believe in the muffin man?
