Chapter 12: Colgress•

It's been about 4 years since being in the Distortion world after Rayquaza and Giratina had thrown Ghetsis and Colgress to the Distortion world, banishing them for the sins they caused to the Pokémon world. Ghetisis wanted to rule the world, after his banishment, Colgress took charge by mind controlling the few Leles he could find. Selena was one of these Leles and helped him rule the Pokémon world without a choice. Things led to another, Red had broken his trance and destroyed the machine, freeing the other Leles and banished Colgress

For years, the two prisoners had spend their time hiding from the ruler of the Distortion world every single day, trying not to get attacked or killed. The Distortion world was amazingly large enough to fit everyone on earth, but there would always be a spot where Giratina would spot them. The prisoners had their Pokémon to attack in order for a perfect escape of survival. Their secret spot where they rested was near a revival pond that may heal themselves and their Pokémon to live on another day trying to survive

Secretly training his Pokémon without Giratina noticing, Ghetsis became strong enough to defeat the legendary and lend him its powers. The only way he could control over the Pokémon was with the device he used to control Kyurem. This man longed for revenge to the girl he made Queen and the children he took care of when finding them out in the city about to die.

Colgress on the other hand lost interest in living and stood there watching Ghetisis working on his last wish, since there was nothing else he can do. He knew he failed, and knew there was more out there now and aimed to prepare for anything he'll throw into the world again

"I took another path than Ghetisis wanted. I realized my mistake and was ready to accept the coincidences. I didn't try to escape, I didn't try to survive, but something always told me there was something out there that I could have done. I didn't expect to leave, but if there was a chance... I wanted to continue my research before I decided to mind control the Leles to rule the world and hurt others" Colgress said "I apologize for everything that I did to you and those children. I know a apology isn't going to cut it for all the wrong I caused... those trainers and those Leles that I harmed, I regret everything"

Gladion created a black hole in his hand, glaring as hard as he could. Selena stood there silent and stared at him "I'm surprise you don't know my mother... hurting a Lele for the benefit of one self is strictly taboo. Do you know what we do to people like you in Alola?" Selena looked back at Colgress closing his eyes

"I'll accept any punishment, but I have no desire to die just yet" Selena lowered Gladion's arm, stepping forward

"You still haven't explained what happened to your voice" he smiled

"I was ready for death, so I approached Giratina and it attacked me. Ghetsis saved me, which I really didn't want him to do" he lowered his coat to show off a large scar on his neck and chest

"You've caused a lot of problems... you know? You were the reason why I had to sacrifice my own life to save this world from those natural disasters. You were the reason why Red almost died... you were lucky it was only ditto who couldn't even be effected by such a attack. You caused a lot of pain... but at least you didn't kill my friends" she threw her arm towards him, making him fall off his feet "I'm only giving you 30 seconds before I change my mind about letting you go"

"Master!" Zorua gasped "why?!" Selena turned her chin

"I already made my revenge on Ghetsis... but Colgress didn't care for his own future. He didn't aim to kill them. He's only a passerby now, that's why I'm giving him the chance to flee" she eyed the man frowning at her. She smirked and held her chin "bow before your queen" he flinched before sitting on his knee and bowed
