"You have gazed into the eyes of a god, but it was the eyes of Zeus. He is hateful of those with purpose and skill, glory seekers, and thus stopped the rays that came from your eyes and felt sight. You must continue on your journey without sight. But listen still, there is one more thing that spiteful Zeus has done. He has put a divide between the mighty mountain of the gods and the surrounding land. There is now a sea of dark deep water around it. He toys with the paths that you must follow, and now are made to end you. Do not fear. You must not fear. You are now our hero. You must stand up to Zeus, for he no longer listens to the gods in counsel. Take my hand and I will lead you away from the cliff."
