3rd Person P.O.V.

The ugly men leave the room, and the only sound that fills the air now is the weak whimpers and cries of Eliza. Her mother lays there, defenseless and too weak to move. Eliza cries.

"Momma," she whines. She desperately needs her to at least move. "Momma, it's okay," she tries. "It's okay. Just look at me."

Her daughter copying her previous words makes Lucille cry more. She works up the strength to move her arm. She reaches out to her daughter desperately.

     "Li-za," she croaks.

     "I'm scared, Mommy," she whispers.

She nods slightly. "I know, b-aby. I... know..."

The pain continues to course through her entire body. Cuts on her arms and legs bleed onto the dirty mattress beneath her. Her face throbs from the men's unforgiving fists. Her loins ache.

Eliza looks around the room for anything that can help. The chairs and the mattress are the only things in the small room. Her heart drops.

"Momma... will Daddy find us?" She asks.

The question breaks Lucy's heart. "I don't know, baby."

"I think he will," Liza says. "He'll find us, Momma, don't worry. You'll be okay."

The men are gone for hours. When they return, the girls' crying continues. The four of them casually stroll in talking and laughing.

"Oh good," the man with the ugly teeth says. "You didn't go anywhere." He smiles, and the others laugh.

One of the men slowly saunters over to where Eliza sits. He brushes her cheek with the back of his fingers and tucks her blonde hair behind her ear. "What about her, Remus?" He says to the leader. "Can we start now?"

"NO!" Lucille screams. "You said you wouldn't touch her!"

Remus, the man with the teeth, steps over to the mattress and squats down. "I said no such thing," he smiles.

"We had a deal," she whispers.

He sarcastically nods. "Well it's a good thing you won't have to see me break it."

In one fluid motion, he takes a knife from his large pocket and drives it into Lucille's stomach. Liza screams. He removes the knife and pushes it back into a different spot. Lucy looks away from the man's hideous face to find her daughter. Tears drench her tiny face.

     "Mommy, no," she cries.

Blood drips from her mother's mouth. I love you, she mouths. Liza nods and mouths the phrase back. Slowly, the light leaves her green eyes. All tension in her body is released.

Remus rises to his feet, leaving the blade in her stomach. "Alright," he says. "Now you can start."

Eliza's P.O.V.

Without even so much as a word, I charge forward, subconsciously dropping my mace on the ground. I brace my hands on Remus's shoulders and jam my knee into his crotch. That action has been ten. Fucking. Years in the making. He doubles over, still in Adam and Drew's grasp. Then I take a few steps back and kick him in the face, knocking him out.

My chest heaves. I turn my attention to Drew. He and Adam, along with everyone else standing around, both look at me in utter confusion. "Ya know," I say to Drew, picking my mace up. "I might not punish you at all for this. What do you say you and Adam here follow me, and we forget that you were even away from your post at all, huh?" I don't even wait for a response. I brush past Adam and head towards the old warehouse.

Adam speaks from behind me. "Uh m-ma'am, what do you want us to do with him?"

I smirk and don't break my casual stride. "Why, you're bringing him with you, of course! He's the most important part!"
