As lonely as a bird could be,

Ever flew away to be free.

What not did I imagine the world...

The wings helped me, I just twirled...

Freedom has a different face,

Once you go up to it's base.

Never before was the sky so huge,

Like a fairy in her own muse...

I never had known the unending worlds

Beyond which I could never venture.

What pangs did the future hold?

What did I do to live so cold?

I never belonged to the heartless prisons,

All alone by the purest religion.

Of work, hope and again despair,

I wish to rise again, without fear...
