This is pretty straightforward. You first choose the number of digits in the first category, and then choose as many numbers as you need in the second category. For example, if it says for you to choose nine digits, you choose nine numbers. That's it. (This goes up to fifteen digits because I can't imagine anyone needing to get into the quadrillions or higher.)
