Steve gathered his supplies and got on his horse. He took off straight for that Village.

Steve new exactly were to go. He was also reading a book while his horse galloped. It was a book upon The Myth Herobrine.

He was reading up on his powers and what not.

He was thinking too much and as his horse jumped to avoid something his book flew away. He silently cursed but smiled as he slowed his horse. He tied his horse to a fence post and started walking around.

He remembered an Elder. The man who cared for the village. Maybe he could ask the Elder if there was anything he didn't know on the Myth.

He knocked on the door of the Elders house.

"Coming!" Someone said from the other side and opened the door. He was wearing a hoodie turquoise jacket, dark blue pants, and grey boots. His eyes were covered with the jackets hoodie.
"Yes?" He asked.

"Are you The Elder?" Steve asked.

"Yes. And you are?" He asked.

"Steve." Steve responded.

The man let Steve in.

"What is your business here?" He asked taking off the jacket revealing bandages wrapped around his eyes.

"Well... I wanted to learn more about Herobrine. If you have anything upon him." Steve said nervously. This wasn't The Elder he remembered. The man grunts.

"I'll see if I have anything." He said and went to the large bookshelf.
"Please come look freely." He said.

"Thanks." Steve said and got up. He watched as the white tank top The Elder had underneath the jacket slowly rose as he reached up revealing some scars. Steve looked around and also noticed a case of weapons.

He shrugged off the diamond hoe syth looking thing.

Steve was digging through the books when there was a knock on the door.

"Coming." The Elder said as he went to the door and opened it.

"Elder?" A girls voice asked.

"Yes." He sighed.

"I wanted to hand this to you." She said.

The Elder nods. "Can you bring it in?" He asked kindly.

"Mhm!" The girl said and brought in a big basket of fruits, books, candies, and a letter.

((Ps the girl looks like the one at the top))

"Thank you." He said as she placed it on the table.

"Oh and the rest of the village is worried about you. They sent me to check on you." She said as she helped Hero set out the objects.

"Tell them in fine. I'm taking my new role as best I can." He said softly.

"No... not like that... they want to know if your not still grieving over the last Elder. And if you don't want the job they can always try and find someone else." She said softly as if not wanting to upset him.

The man sighed.
"It's almost his anniversary to celebrate his birthday when he became the longest living Elder in this village. I'm fine though. And thank you. Your a good girl. Make sure to do good things." He said kindly.
"And please. Just call me Hero." He said and Steve froze.

This was Hero. The White Eyed man who attacked him in the mines. How did he not realize it before!?

The girl sighed.
"Ok Hero. Do you need anything else?" She asked.

"No that will be all." He said patting her back as she left.

"Y-your..." Steve stuttered as Hero looked at him.

"So you just realized it?" He asked and sat on his sofa as he slowly undid the bandages to reveal dimly glowing white eyes.

"So I wasn't going crazy." Steve said before passing out but instead of hitting the floor Hero caught him. Talk about reflexes.

"You might be." Her groaned and set him on the sofa where he once layed 10 years ago.
Hero bandaged his eyes up again. He put on his blue hoodie and walked outside.

That village girl was talking to one of the Iron Golems as she spotted Hero.
"Seeya Ira!" She said and jogged over to Hero.
"What are you doing?" She asked curiously.

"Getting that mans horse. I don't think he'll want to stay much longer and I'd rather him not running wild through the village screaming a bunch of lies." He said then scoffed.

"Oh that man that looks like you?" She asked.

"Yes Frisk." He said simply and untied the horse and it willingly fallowed. He thought the horse looked familiar with its Obsidian like coat.

"I think he's been here before. My mom told me stories of a guy and a girl that fought for them and helped build the village! Can't remember there names though." Frisk sighed.

"Hero~ why are you hiding your eyes?" Hero heard someone whisper as he stopped.
"I wonder if your brothers know." It whispered again.
"Better be careful~ something is coming!" It said then it vanished.
