Matty didn't know when to stop. Especially in situations like these. Lennon had looked him straight in the eyes and fell unconscious. "Fuck!" He screamed making people in the parking lot stare at him. He looked at the blood and made it go away. He wanted all of this shitty situation to go away but, he knew he had to face it. He drove off to a near motel and dragged her inside "Lennon." Matty said trying to wake her. She didn't move. "Lennon!" He screamed shaking her body vigorously. She slowly opened her eyes to see Matty sighing in relief. Matty left her there and started a bath for the two. As soon as the water reached his liking he went back to Lennon again. He tugged at the hem of his shirt signaling if it was okay which she silently agreed to. He helped the small girl into the bathtub before getting in himself. She layed silently on his chest before bringing her lips to his. "I love you," Matty sighed holding her closer "Ditto." She yawned "We're going to get out of this, you an I. And we're gonna live in that house and have a life without this." He spoke softly. Lennon nodded to show her silent agreement.

They exited the motel alive as ever and left towards New Orleans. Lennon now sported another one of Matty's shirts with leggings and a bloody pair of converse with her curly hair tied up in a bun with hairs poking out everywhere they could. Matty was telling her about the Salem Witch Trials and how he had read (what he really meant was witnessed) about it. "Why?" She asked "That's just Salem, Baby doll." He smirked. Matty reflected back to where he lived taking a breath before looking at the girl beside him. "Remember when I said you should be scared of me?" Matty said. Lennon nodded remembering the scene. "That's a small reason why." He said turning the warmness they had cold again. "I don't mind." Lennon whispered. Matty just looked at her with black eyes before turning onto a back road. Matty got out of the car and waited for Lennon to follow him, which she automatically did. Matty lead her along a path that they would walk ten minutes before reaching a house that Lennon remembered. "I took you here." Matt said catching Lennon's gaze. Matty opened the door to reveal a tied up turned upside down Jack. Matty lead Lennon inside sitting her down to face the man. Jack wasn't crying, he didn't even look frightened of what was happening. "You say you love me, yes?" Matty said standing in front of Lennon who nodded her head. "If you truly love me, you have to love each and every part, not who I was before." He snapped. Lennon looked at him curiously as he turned around to face the man named Jack. "He isn't here to save you." Lennon heard Matty whisper as he stood there watching the poor man. Jack began to shake vigorously. He cries were muffled by the blood pouring from his mouth and eyes. "Matty!" Lennon cried. He just looked back at her with a smirk

The man whom was called Jack died in less than ten minutes after what Matty did. Lennon was shaking due to her constant sobbing as Matty just stood therewith the same smirk "Do you still love me?" Matty said quietly waiting for Lennon's answer "Of course-Of course I do." She cried. Matty looked at the girl with pure amazement. He knew about what she did after he had died. But, she didn't have to stick with him anymore, and he knew it.
