Soon enough, we were let out. I was confused but the guys said they must have gotten new evidence. Must have proved that we didn't do it. Either way, we went back to the club house and I passed out for a few hours.

When I had woken up again, I walked out to see that everyone was gone. It was eerie being in the clubhouse alone, most of the croweaters were outside or gone. I found the cleaning products and started to clean the entire club house. It was tiring with how much stuff there was to clean.

A couple hours later, after most things in the club house were clean, I left to stock some things up. Got more food and drinks for kids and of course some more stuff for the club. As I finally sat down, that's when people flooded into the club house.

"This shit is so clean!" I heard someone say, although I was not paying attention to who said it.

I thought about getting a job, can't live off the club forever right? I think the diner is hiring. Also, I can help out Gemma in the office when she needs it.

"Ava!" I looked up to see Happy and Jax and a smile immediately made its way onto my face.

"Hey Happy, Jax." I hugged Happy and Jax. "Do you guys need any help in the office? I am very bored and need something to do." I smiled sweetly, hoping they would just let me work there.

"Did you clean the clubhouse?" They laughed at me. "Hey don't laugh! I was bored."

"Yeah I'm sure mom could use some help in the office. Just ask her and I'm sure she'll find you something to do." Jax said smiling.  I hugged him tightly, "Thank you!"

Both him and Happy laughed at me as they continued to the bar and grabbed shots. I went out to the garage and saw Gemma in the office.

"Hey ma, got any work for me to do?" I asked with a charming smile.

"Can you go through the filing cabinet and get rid of anything older than 10 years ago?" I just nodded and opened up the filing cabinet and did what she asked. It took a couple hours, but we began chatting about my plans.

"So what are your plans for right now?" Gemma asked, giving me the look over her glasses.

"Well right now, I was thinking about getting a job. That way I don't have to live off the club anymore, but also because I have been staying at the club house or at Jax's house. I want to buy a house. I'm going to see where things go with Happy now that things are moving slowly with him again. I never thought I would come back here after Ava, but I love Happy. He's everything I had ever wanted. I was stupid to walk out when we needed each other. I'm back and I'm not leaving again." I realized that I had begun rambling and I shut my mouth.

"I'm glad to hear that. He was even more angry without you here." Gemma and I laughed about his anger. He was always angry, but he chose to shut that down with me before I left. As we continued working on the files and reorganizing, we chatted as the guys came in and out of the office for the garage. She was working on something on the computer when I stood up and turned on the radio.

Some pop music began playing and I bobbed my head along to the song as I worked. For the most part I enjoyed metal and good ole rock and roll, but pop music every now and then was good. I sat back down and began shredding all of the old files. "Where are you planning on working sweetheart?"

Gemma asked with confusion on her face. "Well I was thinking either helping you in the office or putting my resume in at the diner." I gave her a smile as I continued shredding.

"Well unfortunately, the office has enough help most of the time. You should try the diner. You might only get a few hours a week working here." Gemma stated. I just nodded, "Guess I better get my resume fixed up."

"Resume? For what?" Jax asked as he walked into the office.

"I need a job Jax. The office pretty much has all the help it needs with Chucky and shit, so I was going to apply at the diner." I said as I looked up at him.

"Cara Cara could probably use the help. Help with finding girls and book keeping. Bobby was going to do it, but I think it would be better if you did." Jax said to me and I smiled and nodded.

"Perfect. I'll go see Luann tomorrow and get everything set up." Jax nodded and looked at Gemma.

"Can we talk for a minute?" He was going to usher her out but I told him not to.

"Hey it's cool. I'm going to grab a coffee, ya'll want anything?" I asked with a smile. Gemma nodded and Jax declined but I left the room pretty quickly. Happy was working in the garage and I watched him work on a van. He had the hood propped up and he was bent over the engine with a light and a wrench. His muscles flexed as he tightened a bolt. He was pretty sexy.

"Gonna keep staring?" Tara asked laughing and also scaring the shit out of me.

"For your information, I might keep staring. I'm happy to have him back." I said with a smile. Tara and I walked into the clubhouse and grabbed a coffee and I made the coffee for Gemma. We went and sat out at the picnic table and chatted until Jax and Gemma had finished talking.

Tara went off to see Jax and I walked back into the office. I put Gemma's coffee on her desk and I took a sip of mine as I continued with the files. I worked with Gemma going through files for the rest of the work day.
