Luke stopped suddenly, "Going somewhere?"
I open my eyes a little bit and see our kidnapper standing there with a gun. Luke sets me up against the wall to his left and stands up slowly with his hands in the air.
"Why are you doing this?" Luke asks.
"Why not?" he says laughing. Luke lunges forward and the two of them start fist fighting. I start trying to get up, but the pain is so excruciating. The guy throws Luke onto the ground and grabs his gun off the floor.
"Bye." he points his gun at Luke and pulls the trigger. And the bullet hits an unexpected mark.
"JOEL!!!"
Luke takes our kidnapper down and everything is fading into a dream state. Darkness surrounds me, and Luke and I are back home.
"Joel!" little Luke screeches, "Joel come on! Rebecca, Ben, Daniel, and Josh are already outside! Come on! Hurry up or there won't be any snow left for our snowmen!"
"Coming!" younger me yells. Little Luke and I run outside to join our siblings.
