a date?

The two of you were walking around while holding hands. Bill more or less forced you to take his hand at first, but you got along with it pretty quick. He also left his gloves home just so you could actually have some skin-to-skin contact. It confused you at first.

"You wanna go and eat something?" the demon asked out of the blue and he spontaneously decided to go to Greasy's Diner with you. Even though you thought he'd wanted to go to a place that was "definitely not boring" as he stated.

As soon as you both sat down across from each other, the waitress came and took your order. Bill ordered a hamburger and you only ordered a drink.
While waiting for the food, you decided to ask Bill what exactly he was planning.

"Nothing. I'm just hungry and want to eat something before we go to that special place." you raised an eyebrow at his reply.

"But we had breakfast like an hour ago-"

"Demons have a big stomach. That breakfast was nothing."

You noticed a hint of nervousness behind that calm mask of his. It was impossible to figure out just what he was planning.
After you two were finished with the food you continued to walk around the town.
Bill was basically showing you around. You did enjoy it, but his actions still confused you. You couldn't stop wondering why he suddenly did all that.

When the day slowly came to an end, and he almost showed you every corner of Gravity Falls, he took you to the forest. You didn't know what he wanted to show you there, but when he told you that it was definitely the "not so boring" place, you went along with him without much hesitation.
You trusted him.

In the end, you arrived at a place in the forest that looked magical. There was a little waterfall and shiny dots were flying around, giving the whole scenery a mysterious atmosphere.

"Woah, this place is so pretty!" you cheered and approached the waterfall, looking at the clear water. The demon chuckled.

"Yeah. This town sure has some beautiful places"
Bill sat down on one of the stones that were there, watching how you admired the beauty of that place.

"And it took you an entire day to show me this one place?" you asked and looked over to Bill, smiling teasingly at him. The demon raised an eyebrow at you, a look of confusion overcoming him.

"What's with the teasing smile?"

"Bill, was this supposed to be a date?" A low chuckle left his lips, his eye glowing ever so lightly.

"You could name it that way~". You two shared a quick laugh before quieting down, listening to a few birds chirping and the wind that blew through the leafes of the trees. In the moment of silence, a question rose up in your mind.

"Bill... why do you desire the destruction of this town so much? This day showed me again what a beautiful place Gravity Falls is and I think there is literally no reason to destroy it."
The demon gave another chuckle and thought about the question for a moment.

"I guess you already know that this town is pretty weird. It's much easier to come into the real world through here. If I want the entire world in my hands my destruction has to start here. That's just how things work~"

"But for what do you need the entire world?"

"Revenge, Approval. I have my reasons, doll. Now stop asking so much questions. Curiosity killed the cat~"

You sighed softly and turned away from him again, staring at the clear water. A few thoughts ran through your mind and you eventually got lost in them until you noticed how Bill sat down beside you.

"It's not all fun and games to be a demon, (Y/n)."

"You think it's easier to be a human?"

"It's easier, but not much easier. Only a bit." you noded at his reply, carefully leaning onto him. When he wrapped his arm around you in response, you decided to fully give into him, letting your body rest against his. It gave you a nice, loving feeling.

"You sure are weird, toots." the demon mumbled, half to himself, making you look up at him.

"You think that the great Bill Cipher has ever been like this with a demon or a human?"

"Not?"

"Nope. Never. And I also didn't think it would ever happen. But here I am." He exhaled shakily, staring at the water. You couldn't help but to ask if he ever felt lonely with all his power.

"Frankly, I did. But only for a split moment before another brilliant idea came to my mind." A light chuckle left his lips, but you, on the other hand, gave him a sad smile. He playfully nudged your side to cheer you up again, successfully making you laugh quietly before leaning your head on his shoulder.

"Bill, you might be an insane dream demon, but just know that I love you, alright? Even though you wanted to kill me." He stayed silent, despite a small smile appearing on his lips. When you were about to open your mouth to say something, his lips met yours. It surprised you at first, but you soon melted into the kiss and kissed him back. It was a loving one, but too quick for your liking. There was a little spark of desire inside of you that wanted more, longed to kiss his lips longer than just a few seconds.

Unexpectedly, his hand drifted to your hip. It settled there and pulled you closer. You inhaled sharply and Bill leaned in for another kiss which you returned instantly. That kiss lasted longer and was more passionate, more demanding. When you parted once again both of you were breathing a bit heavier.

"(Y/n)...", Bill whispered, his other hand interwining with yours.

"I'm feeling weird...I feel like- I feel like I want to devour you, it feels so weird. I can't even describe it." You couldn't help but to chuckle quietly.

"It's not funny...", he whispered against your lips before kissing them again and again. When he stopped kissing you for a bit longer you were almost gasping for air.

"You have to control that weird feeling a bit more, Bill", you said, arms finding their way behind his neck and playing with the ends of his hair.

"I feel like my beating human organ is going to burst out of my chest...". You noded in agreement with him.

"Mine, too."

"Is this normal?"

"Yes." He sighed and began nuzzling your neck with delicate kisses. So faint, they were whispers. You urged yourself to push away, but couldn't. His grip on you tightened, it almost seemed like he held onto you for dear life.

"B-bill-"

"I love you." Your eyes widened in shock, looking down at him to see his lips curled up into a sincere, loving smile. Your heart skipped a beat. The demon didn't say these words too often, and hearing them there at that moment filled your stomach with butterflies.

Your cheeks gained a red colour, and you also smiled at him.

"More than terrorizing people?" you jokingly asked, refering to when he first admited his love for you. A chuckle left his lips...

"More than terrorizing people."

...and he kissed you again.
