Day 115

"In the flesh." He beamed, as I gazed at him admiring every aspect of him "Are you just not going to say anything?" shawn questioned before tucking his hands into his pockets

I stood up rather quickly engulfing him into a tight hug

"Woah." Shawn laughed wrapping his arms around my waist

"Shawn." I whispered against his chest as warm tears fell from my eyes "I thought I lost you, I thought I was never going to be able to talk to you again shawn.." I pulled away from him looking into his eyes "I thought you were gone.."

"Hey—don't think like that I'm right here Evelyn." Shawn responded as he pulled my body back against his I felt him press his lips in my hair and I smiled warmly

"I probably look like shit now." I mumbled as shawn and I disconnected from the hug

"You look beautiful Evelyn." Shawn replied as he used his thumbs to wipe away the tears that had fallen onto my cheeks

"Shut up you're just saying that.." I replied looking down at the floor

Shawn grabbed my arm and I gazed up at him "Im saying that because it's true you're so beautiful Evelyn."

"You're not so bad yourself Mendes." I whispered

"You calling me beautiful?" He laughed

"Well Not exactly." I giggled, a smile lingered on shawns lips as he traced his index finger across my arm he pulled his lip between his teeth while his eyes fixated onto my lips

he was gonna kiss me,

and I wanted him too.

as we leaned in towards one another a voice spoke out "Glad you two finally had a proper introduction."

Shawn and I pulled away from each other rather quickly looking over at Ms. Johnson who stood with her hands on her hips gawking at the two of us."

"What?" Shawn asked running his hand through his hair

"Don't act clueless Mendes." She replied "Just know that I'm happy for the two of you and I hope you both have a great summer I'm sure you two will be spending a lot of time together eh?" She wondered peering over her glasses at us we both nervously laughed to fill the awkward silence that now brewed between the three of us.

"Well I'll take that as a yes." Ms. Johnson vocalized before she pivoted around on her heels walking back towards the front of the library

"Oh my god." I spoke to shawn once Ms Johnson was out of hearing distance "What if she saw the thing about me saying how she sucks dick."

Shawn laughed "Who cares, she does suck."

"Dick." I giggled

"Evelyn." Shawn laughed

"I'm sorry I had too."

"Hey, can I um tell you something?" Shawn asked once our laughter had died down

"Yeah sure what's up?"

"Evelyn I lied to you." Shawn admitted

"I know, you told me I looked beautiful when I know that I do-"

"No, no." Shawn interrupted shaking his head "Not about that."

"Then what?" I wondered folding my arms over my chest

"You remember how I was telling you that dreams do come true and what not?"

"Yeah." I nodded

"Well–you know how you disagreed and I was telling you how one of my dreams came true and I explained how when I met you that's when the dream came true and how I fell in love and all of that?"

"Yeah shawn what's the point?" I inquired growing rather impatient

"Well you asked me if I was in love with you and I told you no—I lied Evelyn."

I was silent for a moment my attention focused on the floor beneath my feet, I shifted my eyes upward looking directly into Shawn's Hazel orbs "Well, I lied too when I told you that would be absurd for you to be in love with me because shawn I'm completely in love with you."
