Christmas Day #1

"Mum, mum, mum!! Santa's come with lots of presents. Can I open them now?" I squeal running into my mother's room.

"Linda dear, could you wait 5 minutes. I need to have a quick shower." Mum says calmly not like someone had just woken her up yelling 'Santa's came'. I hate how calm she can be but I love that she can be so patient with me.

Me and my annoyingness anyway. *internally sighing*

"Ok Mum I'll see you down stairs." I say as I walk out of the room slightly disappointed with the fact I have to wait 5 whole minutes to open my presents.

I need to get over the fact I'm nearly 13 and 'still' belive in santa. I just pretend but that I believe but I don't.

Anyway why would some fat person go climbing down everyone's chimney to deliver presents to people? A) not everyone has a chimney B) how would anyone fit down a chimney C) if someone got into someone's house they would steal stuff not give them...

Mum calls out breaking my train of thought "Cindy are you ready to open your presents from santa?" I squeal with joy. "Yes, yes, yes I am!!" Jumping up and down. I go crazy when I hear the words 'presents and Cindy' in the same sentence. If anyone that didn't know me would probably say "look at that crazy girl over there."

Mum hands me a blue and white coloured rapped present with my name in blue written on it. I rip off all the paper in one go. My mouth drops when I see a iPhone box. I carefully open the box to see my own iPhone in it. Now I can get all my friends numbers on it...

My sister Kelly breaks my train of thought by saying "do you like it?" I scoff and say "No I love it!"

"Everyone, I have an idea." Mum says waving us over. Once we all gather around Mum starts to speak again. "I have been thinking... about going away for a 5 day holiday to Milers Flat.

I just love Millers Flat. I haven't been there for 3 years.

I always think about it there, always so friendly there. Kelly screams with joy when she founds out there are way more presents under the tree.

All these presents are so incredible that I can't even think about them all at once.

I wonder if I should start packing to go to Millers Flat... I take like way too long to pack. Even I admit that.

"lol" I just fall face first on my way up to my bed room. I decided to go pack but the stair's think I should stay down and hang out.

I finally make it up to my room after the thing with the stairs.

I grab my bright green dress. The weather forecast is for hot weather and I tiny bit of rain. Yay! Biking in the rain!! I love biking in the rain it is so refreshing.

I grab other clothes before checking my mental list.

Going mad ✅

Falling over on stairs ☑

Talking to myself ✅

Shorts ☑

T-shirts ✅

A dress or two ☑

Underwear ✅

Bra ☑ (do I need to at that?)

Jacket ❌who brings a jacket. Camping in rain is way better without a jacket.

Shoes ✅

Jandals ☑ hell yeah I love my jandals. Btw jandals are also known as flip flops.

Togs ✅  Am I gonna go swimming in my birthday suit? Uhhh no thanks.

Towel ✅

What normal person wear underwear?!...  Yes I'm going crazy 👍.
