I have mentioned this before. And I'll say it again; cheating and disloyalty is nothing to romanticize. I do not condone unfaithfulness what so ever, but the theme of this specific imagine is of Justin thinking about his ex.

"Hey baby." Y/n's lips touched Justin's sweetly in greeting, "hi. What's up for the night?" Justin asks.

"I have to be up early, so in a little bit I'm going to bed." She answers. Justin nods, "I do, too." A soft smile met her pink lips, "come lay with me for a little bit, yeah?"

Justin and Y/n lay cozy under their shared sheets. Her full head of hair rested on his bare chest as he brushes his fingers through her locks. She mumbled a bit, never forgetting to let Justin know she loves him. God, she's so in love with him... It wasn't long until she was sound asleep. He wasn't much far from falling asleep himself, he was lightly dozing off thinking about Y/n's warmth amd the comfort she had created for him. Her body was warm, he didn't feel so alone.

He was half asleep when his phone buzzed lightly three times. He planned to ignore it, but the buzzing hadn't halted. He looks at his phone on the side table, then at Y/n. He smiled before slowly moving from underneath her. She was sleeping peacfully, he didn't want to wake her. He covered her completely with the blanket, kissed her forehead lovingly then smiling.

He missed having his bed taken up by someone other than himself, and he thought about how much easier it was going to be not being alone anymore.

The phone then buzzed once more capturing his attention. Sighing he picked it up seeing in bold white letters, Veronica was calling.

Confused, he answered it. "Hello?"

"Justin? It's me. Veronica?"

Justin's heart beat sped up, his Ex girlfriend called him. Her voice was so smooth, so sultry. He looked at Y/n, seeing she hasn't woken up just yet. "Why are you calling-"

"Justin, I miss you. And I know it's highly inappropriate but-"

"Hold on," Justin whispers before he left the room quietly, "my girl is in the other room."

"Yeah, I kind of figured." She says.

"Why are you calling me this late?" He asks, "is everything okay?"

"No. Not really." She laughs humorlessly, "I really miss you, Justin."

He wasn't going to answer how he wanted to, but he was going to answer how he needed to. Maybe he just messed up a little bit, but it's how he feels, "you should have thought about that before you went off and broke my heart, Veronica." He knew that if Y/n heard, it would be an argument. But speaking with Veronica and hearing her voice, he misses her just as much as he imagined she does.

"I know. I messed up, and I was scared. There's no real excuse to as of why I did what I did, but I hope you know I am sorry. I am sincerely sorry. I know I have no chance with you again, but maybe we can be... you know... just friends? I miss having you around. I miss your company."

"I miss you, too." He winced once those words left his lips. Hearing her say his name, made his stomach do flips and his heart beat raced against his chest. She always had such an effect on him, the way she walked, talked, looked, blinked, smiled, laughed. He missed her deeply. "But that can't happen. I have Y/n, now. And she's putting up with my bullshit because of what had happened between us. She's getting the worst of me, and if I mess up with her, then what? She keeps me sane, Veronica. I can't hurt her." He says.
