He made the heavens and the earth;
The moon and the stars;
Everything that gives light;
And everything, we believe is ours.
-
He shares His Spirit;
Even His Beloved Son.
But man wants his own writ;
Hires his own mason.
-
They ought to fly;
Up, where the birds don't try.
No boundary's too high.
Being titanium is their cry.
-
He marvels unique creatures;
Dancing through its color.
Every day he enjoys his adventures;
But never thought appreciate the Creator.
-
Promises, they say, "all were made to be broken";
Have hope for uncertainty of things.
But that's not of God who always hearkens.
Have faith, He values our feelings.
-
Everyday man needs love,
Surely, also to Him upon the sky.
So when we look up above,
You see it blue, please, ask "why?"
