It was spring time, birds chirping and snow melting. The city grew and grew, they even managed to bring back electricity. Well, Javi had a relationship with Kate, and of course, Gabe and Clem's feelings grew stronger than ever. AJ felt happy with the people around him which made Clem feel safe too.
~Clem thinks~ I like it here, but as Lee said, I should always keep moving, those places are just targets. I have to move, as fast as I can. One time I thought about leaving with AJ but... I felt something. I just had to stay... Because I have a strong connection with Gabe. I don't want to leave him. ~
~Gabe thinks~ I felt so much just mixed up in my head, Mariana passed away, and.. my dad is the New Frontier's leader. But, Clem makes me feel better, like if everything will be okay. Her sweet smile motivates me and I don't know... Throughout the time I began to see Javi.. as a father figure. Ugh I just, feel so much, especially in this world full of chaos.~
Gabe sat by a huge oak tree. He stood there quiet. Clem walked up to him with a smirk. Gabe looked away blushing, "Hey Gabe, missing me already?" Clem sat by him and crossed her legs. "Hey, I sorta did, no one can't miss you badass" Gabe stroked her back. "Oh, well okay I'm flattered" Clem rolled her eyes and smiled. "Clem, uh, thanks for y'know.. having my back." Gabe gazed at Clem with bliss. "Don't mention it" Clem raised one of her eyebrows and smirked. Gabe bent down and examined the dream catcher tied on Clem's jacket. "Well, I guess you did like the gift after all." Clem blushed and felt the feathers on the dream catcher. "Yeah, that was really sweet of you Gabe"
Eleanor walked up to them, "hey, you two want to join us with lunch?" Clem and Gabe nod and smile. "Alright, let's go" they head back with the rest of the group.
