I walked in the library and it was packed.
"Not a single seat," I mumbled.
I felt my iPhone vibrate in my back pocket and I pulled it out.

I walked out the library and Jessica was standing outside excitedly with her phone in hand.
"Did you find any seats?"
"Nope-" I grumble, "-Not even one."
Essence took one of my hands and Jessica took the other.
"We're not taking no for an answer." Jessica said and I glanced over at Essence. She looked just as determined and I looked back at Jessica, "What?"
"A blind date-" "-She's fine ass fuck!" Jessica and Essence said one after another. Jess gave Essence a look before nodding in agreement.
I pushed them both away.
"Y'all really done lost y'all minds. Don't nobody got time for that!" I groaned.
"Jenae!-" Jessica whined and tugged on my arm. "-Don't you know it's exam time! Dumbass! I'm too busy," I grumble.
"C'mon! Jenae! It's just one date!"
I ignored her and began to walk away, running into someone.
"Sorry," Jae smiled and I stepped back.
I gave her a shake of my head to dismiss her apology. "It's fine."
"Jae!" June squeaked. "I saved you a spot in the library so we can study."
