We fly back to the school and hop off our dragons. Jack walks back to Storms pen and sits, talking to Storm."Alright who's next?"

I teach the rest of the Dragon Riders and they all do well."Alright do we have any Shapeshifters here?" I ask. One kid raises his hand."Ok come on up" He walks up."Do you shift yet?" I ask him. He shakes his head."Why not?" "I can't figure it out. I try but it never works" I smile. "Hey Ian?" I yell over to him. He runs over."What is it?" He asks."I'm going to teach this kid how to shift so can you teach the rest of the class riding?" He smiles."Sure" I thank him and turn to the class."Ian is going to teach you guys how to ride now" They nod and I turn back towards the boy."What's your name?" I ask him."My name is John" He tells me."And this is soul" He points to his large green and gold dragon.

I take comfort in the fact that I'm not the only one with a multi coloured dragon."Well what's your favourite animal?" I ask. He thinks for a moment."Probably a griffin" I nod."Well how about we go for something simpler like a hawk" He nods."Ok" I walk over to the edge."Tell soul that he might need to catch you" I say. His eyes widen before he turns to his dragon and says something in what sounds like Latin."vos postulo ut caperent me" Soul nods. He walks up next to me."Every time that I've shifted it has always been because I'm mad but I think that I can get it now" I tell him. He nods and I push him over the edge.I jump over after him."Now imagine turning into a hawk" I yell at him. He looks at me and rolls his eyes."No really?" He says sarcastically. I smile. I see him close his eyes and I do the same. I imagine the feeling of flying and I imagine my bones shifting and hollowing. I see a bright blue flash through my eyelids and I open my eyes. It worked! I spread my wings and fly around. I am soon joined by a silver headed hawk with black wings and brown eyes.

We fly along the side of the building and I catch a glimpse of my self in the window and someone's room. I am a grey hawk with a blue head and violet eyes.

I fly back to the roof and John follows. I fly about 6 feet above the roof and I shift back. I land on one knee with my hand on the ground.

Everyone claps and John lands next to me. I get up and high five him."Great job" He thanks me for teaching him and goes back to his friends. Ian comes over."Everyone has learned to fly now" "Thanks for taking over" "No problem" I smile at him and we walk over to Cyton. He nods at me."You did a great job today Kai" "Thanks" He smiles and addresses the class."We don't have time to learn fire today but I will give you a demonstration" Bane jumps of Cyton's shoulder and flies off the roof, growing to full size. Cyton climbs on but not before I ask him something."Can I join you in this demonstration?" He nods and climbs onto Bane. I run over to Jara and climb on. I whistle to long bursts and she takes off before Cyton has even got into position. He flies beside us."The word for fire is 'ignis'. When a dragon hears this word they will move their head back so you need to get into fire position before you say anything" He slides down Banes back about a foot and wraps his hands around Banes neck.Well as far as he could at least. I do the same."Are you ready Kai?" He asks. I nod and smile.
Jara are you ready?
Bitch please. I was born ready
Ok
"Ignis" Jara rears her head back and lets out a huge stream of fire.Fire so hot that it appears white.

Cyton looks over and his mouth falls open. I watch in amazement as all of the dragons below bow their heads.
Jara? What are they doing?
Their bowing to their queen
