Okay so guys It has been 3 days since I've started the 100 days challenge and I'm gonna be honest .. it's going even worse than the first one went . And it makes me so upset. Like it's only the food part that's going wrong and it just sucks when you think about what you have eaten the whole day and then I can't go back and change it .
I really wish I had like a person next to me at like all times and be like .. "no don't eat that" but obviously that's not possible.
It's something I'm gonna have to work on. Like I'm really gonna cut down what I eat and keep it really simple. I'm not gonna let this slip away.
-2 days later-
I have been exercising and controlling my diet and I have seen a slight change in my thighs. Yeah imma bit happy but the stuff that I'm doing it like easy stuff . Things people do to maintain their weight not loose it ... sooo I'm gonna try HIIT running
"Interval training, also known as interval workouts or interval runs, are short, intense efforts followed by equal or slightly longer recovery time. For example, after a warmup, run two minutes at a hard effort, followed by two to three minutes of easy jogging or walking to catch your breath. Unlike tempo workouts, you're running above your red line and at an effort where you are reaching hard for air and counting the seconds until you can stop—a controlled fast effort followed by a truly easy jog. The secret is in the recovery as patience and discipline while you're running easy allows you to run the next interval strong and finish the entire workout fatigued but not completely spent. Just like rest, your body adapts and gets stronger in the recovery mode.

Benefits of Interval Training

Improved running form and economy, endurance, mind-body coordination, motivation, and fat-burning."

but I've googled it .. so it should work.... it might not work for some people but its about trial and error right? if it doesn't work out for you the first time then its okay, just try another thing like swimming or trecking but don't force yourself to do something you won't enjoy or something out of your comfort zone )
I don't believe In really strict diets because food makes me happy
