Hi! So my exams are slowly coming to an end.
I'm gonna be done with high school and I'll be going to college so I'll be having A LOT of free time and I'm gonna be talking my weight loss journey to a whole new level.
I have planned something that is gonna be really effective, strict but also something I'm really gonna enjoy. I don't wanna feel uncomfortable while losing weight.

E X E R C I S E S
So my goal is to walk/run at least 10km every day.
I'll be doings other things like swimming/ dance/ cardio/ steps/ circuit training etc
I don't want to feel bored doing the same thing again and again.
For running I've downloaded an app

It's really helpful and it's perfect for someone who has difficulty timing their runs.
I've even got the Fitbit and I really recommend it. It's good for keeping track and making sure if you do everything right.
It's not necessary that you have to get these to loose weight it's just a recommendation.
My weight loss buddy recommended a really cool video on YouTube which I found really helpful. It focused more on the core and I really needed that. ( I'll be putting the link )
There are many YouTube videos that I have found helpful. Whatever part you wanna work on, just search it up and it's right there.

D I E T
I'm actually really excited about dieting. I can't wait to start cooking my own food which is better for keeping track of what you eat and making sure you don't eat anything outside your diet.
I'm gonna be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables.
I have really started to like some salads. I'm gonna be trying out more.
If you eat non veg .. try to not eat any meat for supper. Focus more on eating something light like veggies and salads, soup and open sandwiches.
Eat oranges before working out.
I haven't been eating any egg yolks, for breakfast I really like egg white scramble and it's yum and healthy.

I'll be posting a weekly update as well. But that's when my exams properly get over.
I'll also be keeping a written weight loss journey diary .. kind of thing ; I don't know if anyone wants to see that? I was even planning on making a tumblr blog but but I'm not sure if I should do that. Just let me know if you would like to see my diary eventually or my blog, because at the moment I'm confused:/
