Dwts 23 : Laurie and Val : Switch up week

Chapter 1

Unknown Pov: It is week 5 of the competition and it is switch up week , this going to be a fun week .

" Okay , this week is a switch up week so you will need to head to your trailers to find out who you have for the week and your dance style and song" I tell them then I let them go to their trailers

Mak's Pov: Val and I are walking back to our trailers that are right next to each other and we are talking about the switch up week

" So, who do you want to get for your partner this week?" I ask Val curiously

" I don't know, I think I will end up with Maureen" He confesses

" Who do you want as your partner this week?" Val asks me

" Honestly, I want Laurie" I tell him

" If you do get Laurie I will be checking in with you more often" He tells me and I start to laugh

Laurie and Val are dating and I am the only one who knows about the relationship.

Soon we made it back to our trailers.

" When you get your information for the week come to my trailer and come inside so we can leave quicker" I tell my little brother and he quickly agrees

I walk into my trailer to find a piece of paper on the little table inside my trailer and I pick it up and read the information on the paper.

Dance style - Rumba

Song - Latch

Well I am super happy about who I got but I know that Val is not going to be happy about the dance style that we received this week.

Val walked into my trailer and we headed to the car to head home. I will tell Val after dinner.

Val's Pov: I walked inside my trailer and saw a piece of paper on the little table and I looked at it to find out who I got for the swift up week, when I saw who I have let's just say that I am not thrilled.

I walked next door to Mak's trailer and we headed home.

We are about 5 minutes away from the house and I wanted to know who Mak's got for the week, so I asked him.

" So who did you get for the switch up week?" I ask my older brother as I tapped on the steering wheel while we sit in traffic

" You tell me who you got and your dance style and song and I will tell you mine" He tells me smirking

" I got Jana and we have a salsa to a Ricky Martin song " I tell him

" I got Laurie and we have a Rumba to the song Latch " He tells me and I am so not happy about it

" I am really not happy about this but I can't change it" I tell him as I rub my eyes

" I promise you that I will return Laurie in the same shape that she came to me in" He tells me and I can tell that he means it

The Next Day

" No Jana , you are doing it completely wrong" I say getting frustrated

" Well I am not Laurie I don't pick stuff up as fast as she does" She tells me

" How about we end rehearsal's for today, we have been rehearsing for the last 3 hours and 45 minutes " I say releasing her for the day

" Okay I will see you tomorrow" She tells me and leaves the studio

I walk out of my studio and I walk towards Mak's studio to tell them that I am headed home for the day

Mak's Pov: Laurie and I were rehearsing for our Rumba and she got the steps down really fast and soon we were running through it and we were already perfecting it
