Cameron POV:
In the morning, I had made some breakfast for Chase.
I didn't think I was a very good cook, but he thought I was.
But I'm sure he only said that because he loves me.
"Allison, these are the best pancakes ever!" he told me.
"Aw, you're too kind" I ate with him as we talked.
"So how are things in the E.R" he asked.
Then I remembered what had happened....
And that was something I really wanted to forget.
But sometimes there are things you really want to forget.
And you end up remembering them anyways.
Well that's how I felt!
"Well it's the usual E.R life" I replied.
Thankfully Chase didn't see the reaction on my face because there another problem.
The water pipes.
Somehow one of the water pipes went crazy and exploded.
So the sink had water exploding.
"Let me go see what the issue is" I told Chase as he took a bit of his pancake.
I went over to the sink trying to stop the water from bursting.
"Here let me do this" Chase came over.
As soon as you know it, we were both soaked.
We laughed as we tried to stop the water, but the more and more we tried, the more the water splashed on our faces.
Then we made a certain time of eye contact.
His eyes were the color of a bright blue ocean.
Looking into my eyes that were just hazel.
It was just the Rayleigh scattering, which I had learned in my years as a student.
Suddenly I felt a pause from reality.
It was like the world had stopped, and it was just him.
He looked at me in the eyes like it was love.
Was this true love?
Was he the Prince Charming I had hoped for?
Like how when I was a little girl watching a princess find her prince.
I was stunned by what had occurred.
It all seemed to have happened so fast.
Then a second later, we had shared a passionate kiss.
I mean, I guess you could call it kissing in the rain
Now that's what I call romance.
The difference was that there was no singing.
I know that Chase told me he has some singing experiences before.
I obviously didn't did.
The feeling was so great, I knew this would stop me from thinking otherwise.
