Jace wakes up hear someone screaming. Not just anyone but Clary. His Clary. Jace jumps out of bed and runs as fast as he can to the library. He bursts threw the doors to see Clary crying over something. Jace runs over to her and sees that its a pair of still bloody angel wings, he also noticed Clary was holding a white price if paper that she had crumpled in her hand. Jace knelt down beside her and hugged her. 'its going to be okay' Jace said in such a quiet whisper that Clary barley heard the words. She smiled slightly and gave Jace the paper she had been holding moments ago. Jace took the paper from her and read it, it said 'I'm coming'. Jace knew before he saw who signed the note who had written it. It was the perish he hated most, Sebastian. Sebastian, Clary's brother. Jace put the note down, and lifted Clary on her feet. He took her hand in his and walked out of the library still hand in hand with Clary to go to his room with her. Jace just wanted to be alone with Clary. For once.
