General Rigel was a General in the Planet of Tserof. Although he wasn't as active as Orion, he and his Hunterian soldiers served Zodiac and protected it from threats. However, one day, he noticed a strange vortex appearing. Bolts of lightning fell from the sky, creating waves of fire, water, earth, air, lightning, light, darkness, and space-time. Tserof was almost destroyed. However, Rigel knew he had to escape. He couldn't do it alone, though. Rigel went to find some recruits. He knew which ones to recruit first.

The first recruit was Sirius, a bounty hunter formerly employed by the SOTBB, Zodiac's greatest enemy

The next recruit was Gemini, who recently got separated by Polaris. However, he was back to normal after Polaris was defeated by Planetman. Rigel recruited them because two heads are better than one, and also because Gemini is the author's least favourite Zodiac sign.

Finally, there was Aldebaran. Rigel recruited him after seeing him and Planetman take down Pyron, one of the villains that attacked Tserof. Pyron had taken the form of a red crystal and infused someone with power.

Anyway, Rigel introduced the five recruits to his ship, the Winter Hexagon. These six people would try and search for the mysterious force that attacked Tserof. Procyon suggested that the name of the team should be "All-Stars," because their named were the same as what the Terrans named the stars.

Meanwhile, in a strange area, Pyron approached a mysterious figure. This mysterious figure was Elementman.

Elementman was an evil version of Planetman, who had three rings instead of two. Elementman's existence was very mysterious. However, what was known about Elementman is that he had 8 followers who all represented an element: Pyron, Hydron, Terron, Aeron, Photon, Nycton, Elekron, and Chronon. These 8 all took the form of crystals. Elementman said to Pyron "Excellent work. Now that I have shown myself to everyone, I shall take over the universe." Pyron then turned into a fireball and headed in the direction of the Winter Hexagon, which was far away from Elementman's throne.
