Today we didn't attend school, we stayed at my house watching movies
This was normal for us though after you cried, I would stay up comforting you, then do both of our homework

You told me you haven't seen them in ages, I haven't met them either, one day you said we would all meet, it hasn't happened yet though
I layed next to you for about 10 minutes looking at your eyes that had a sparkle to them, and your gummy smile of yours

It hurt but I put that feeling aside admiring at how much better your smile looks on you
You said " good afternoon you bum " when you noticed I was awake, I laughed and smiled at you
We got out of bed and went down to my kitchen to make food
Chocolate chip pancakes were your favorite so I always made them

I looked out my window and noticed how it was dark, dull, and gray
Another still day at its finest, you tried to converse more than normal
I applauded you but just sitting in silence with your cotton candy haired self was fine
You were another still Monday, but it was Wednesday
