"There are doors people like you must never open," he warned Moo Myung, "I think you are standing in front of that door now."

"Do you think it is okay to have roads... that people cannot cross?" Moo Myung scoffs. "Do you think it is okay to have doors..." He voice becoming gradually louder, "that people cannot open!?" He calmed down a bit before talking again, "I do not. I think it is all garbage. So stop barking and get out here!"

I then heard a sword being unshielded, "If you leave now, I shall spare your life." Another sword was unshielded right after.

"There is no need. I will... kill you anyway." Silence.

I was stuck in a daze because the next thing I knew, a sword was only inches away from my throat.

|| Seo-Yeon's POV ||

I looked at Moo Myung with wide eyes, he look back at me shocked.

"Ji-Yeong..." he trailed off, "what are you doing here?"

It took me a moment to respond. "Me? I was just shopping for a new bow and arrow," I push his sword down with my palm, "But... what are you doing here waving your sword around? You know someone could get seriously hurt." He looked at me blankly not knowing how to respond. It was too late to respond anyways due to the fact that my captor had successfully snuck around Moo Myung with his sword raised high.

In response, Moo Myung grabs me by the waist, flinging me to safety, before whirling around to face his opponent. Shortly after, my captor fled off with Moo Myung on his tail. I took this chance to get out of the carpenter's shop.

After a few short minutes, I spotted Moo Myung exiting the shop, irritated and furious. As I approached him, I took notice of the sword wound on his arm. "Seriously, you got hurt again?" I took out a small roll of bandages from my small sling pouch and began to tend to his arm. "Be more careful... and don't chase after him anymore."

"Why shouldn't I? He killed-" I interrupted him before he could continue.

"Yes, I know... it was pretty easy to tell from you 'conversation' earlier..." I paused as I was almost finished with his wound, "but... you have to take care of yourself first. Do you not see the condition you are currently in? If you do something reckless like that, it might just get you killed. Besides, you have to live... for your friend. "Besides... would killing him truly bring you go? He might be just as important to someone else as Sun Woo was to you. Are you even listening to me?" He looked at me with an emotion I can't decipher.

What... do I have something on my face?

"Please be more careful next time. I'll see you around Moo Myung."

**Short Time Skip**

As I walked home to where Min-Seo is, my mind was buzzing with thoughts.

That was the King's symbol on my captor's bracelet. Is he my brother? Is he truly my brother of whom I separated from? But does that also mean that he killed Sun Woo? No, no he wouldn't dare kill anyone. I'm positive that it was Hyun Chu. But still... my brother might be back. I might finally see him again.
